Figma & Zeplin Embeds Make UX Documentation a Breeze

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'd say the most helpful is the fact that I can embed mentions and previews from Figma and Zeplin. As a UX designer these are key in my workflow and ability to properly fill out our PDR docs and align my vision with our PMs's.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I quick search a document, it would be helpful to have a tree visualisation to see what are the dependencies of my root folder.
I have a lot of documentation and sometimes I can't tell which is which and where it could be nested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing me and my team to keep up to date on various tasks such as :
Documentation, having a GANTT timeline view with quarterly obejectives, having embedded elements from other tools we use to centralise all our knowledge and have one source of truth

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is ergonomic, which allows me to work efficiently. I also appreciate the wide range of possibilities it offers. The templates available on the Internet allow me to work faster thanks to their pre-creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
ease of use, it requires a good grip
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Notion makes information accessible to everyone and the team, is ergonomic, offers a wide range of actions with templates available online, and allows for faster work thanks to these pre-created templates.

Organizational Powerhouse with Room for Improvement

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like having a lot of subpages in Notion and being able to format my text, which helps me keep information organized and highlight things I want people to notice and read. I can collaborate with many other people on the same page to create valuable content for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to scroll all the way down to get to the bottom of my notes. I know I can configure this, but it would be great if there was an easy way for me to go to the bottom of my notes, especially for the latest notes if I'm organizing by date, that'd be really good. And, also, if it could automatically create tasks for my team meeting notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with sharing information with external stakeholders and organizing notes for different tasks. It keeps information organized, highlights important points, and supports collaboration on a single page for creating valuable content.

All-in-One Solution with Easy Setup, but Pricey AI

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for everything, from personal to-do lists to work backlogs and writing notes. I appreciate having everything in one place and like the UX and UI, especially how you can nest pages. The community-driven templates are great, with plenty of options for different tasks. I find it really important for organizing specific content, and I enjoy being able to group similar information together. Setup is super easy, just download, install, or log in online. I often recommend it to friends, even non-techy ones, and they're loving it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the pricing, especially for Notion AI. It's quite pricey, and I think it could be improved a lot. Also, the complexity can be an issue. Notion can get really complex, especially with the databases. One thing I don't like is that you cannot fully customize databases in terms of the title and how you display it. But it's just a bit of nitpicking, to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep everything in one place. It helps me stay organized by allowing nesting of pages and utilizing community-driven templates. It ensures all specific content is easily accessible, streamlining my work and personal life.

Notion has revolutionized our team's collaboration.

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion because it's so powerful for managing projects, tracking production, and collaborating with my team. I find the databases particularly useful to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I can't find any flaws. Maybe the design could be a bit nicer, but even then, it's already very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a tool to centralize all our production tracking (ad campaigns, visual assets, content writing). The databases are incredibly powerful for that.

Streamlined Document Management, Needs Database UX Improvement

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for organizing my marketing documents. It has become a hub where I can collate all my projects efficiently. The structure of layers of pages within pages is really helpful for organizing and accessing information quickly. I find it easier to search and draw from my documents using Notion than with Google Drive. I also appreciate the ability to use AI to access and manage my documents, and having CheckGPT connected allows further integration and utility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the database user experience isn't totally intuitive. And, yeah, maybe some better easier education in the app about how to use databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion serves as a hub for document review and knowledge management, making it quicker to access and search documents. It enhances project visibility and replaces Google Drive for document collation.

Centralized Collaboration with Intuitive Shortcomings

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how tidy everything is in Notion, and it allows me to have everything in one place. It's also great that everything is there for other people to see, providing access that other workmates have to common projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's not very intuitive. It's hard to find things, and it's not easy to create pages or know where things are at first sight. The initial setup wasn't very easy; we had to do some training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to have everything in one place, keeping things tidy and accessible for workmates on common projects.

Versatile and User-Friendly, But Slow with Large Databases

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the versatility of Notion for both work and personal use, as it effectively handles project management, knowledge databases, and list management. I find it simple to use, which makes it convenient for organizing tasks, and the database feature is particularly valuable because it helps structure information efficiently. The initial setup was very easy, making the overall experience smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that big databases with more than 1000 items are slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management, knowledge database and sharing, and list management.

Flexible and Collaborative with Limited Automations

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for project management and tasks for the marketing team. It helps get everything in the same place, and everyone can see what other people are doing and work together on transversal projects. It simplifies complex projects. I like the flexibility of the tool, and the use of emojis is a fun addition. The knowledge base is great too. Compared to Jira, Notion is more flexible and friendly. The initial setup was very easy since I had used it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are very limited, and I can't add logic as I'd like to, for example, setting conditions like 'if date is before or after date' to automatically tag a column. I also find that interacting with just a part of a database requires paying for a full seat, even for a very limited contributor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize everything in one place, make complex projects simpler, and help the team collaborate on transversal projects. It offers more flexibility and friendliness compared to Jira.
