Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing for organisation and managing all my work in one place, and able to access them from different devices.
Love the AI function, to help with grammar and spelling etc, but also to expand on points

Love the flexibility, the AI has been helpful for busy work writing, looks nice, integrated with my calendar and Slack for reminders
What do you dislike about the product?
Complicated to get started, wish AI could be used to help make page templates. Wish it was easier to set up project tracking and to use it to collaborate with external collaborators who don't use Notion. I could see it replacing GSuite in Academica but it needs to allow more guest usage and email linkages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used the AI to summarize/clean up meeting notes, and I use it for note taking. I'd like to use it for project tracking and collaboration more. I think I can but I haven't figured out the tools/functionality. I wish there were more templates that were tutorials on workflow with Notion instead of focussing on aesthetics

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and visually easy to understand all the information. Also, the possibilities of functions and integrations are enormous. Now, with artificial intelligence, it has become even better, as I can save a lot of time with tasks that previously took me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many possibilities, it can sometimes be a bit complicated to understand how to use the functions, especially for new users. Additionally, I needed support to solve a problem and found the customer service a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Notion, I can keep all my team's information in one place, which helps us to organize better and improve our communication. In addition, I use it a lot to review texts and improve writing. Often, I write the idea of a text and the AI helps me to develop it, which saves me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I have found Notion AI to be incredibly helpful in quickly organizing and summarizing academic articles. With its powerful natural language processing capabilities, it makes it easy for me to quickly identify key points and takeaways from dense articles.

What do you dislike about the product?
For example, it struggles with reading and generating tabular data. Additionally, I have found it difficult to get the AI to focus on specific parts of the text that I provide.

Notion AI excels at processing large amounts of text, making it an ideal tool for summarizing multiple academic articles. I have found it to be particularly useful in identifying and comparing different viewpoints across multiple sources.
A great tool to organize and share content inside our company
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the notion is how customizable it is. You can organize databases and pages to best suit your needs. I have tried at least one other tool and notion is much more easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
To build database with numbers and formulas is still not so simple for me. I have found some minor difficult (like the same formula should apply to all lines in a column).

It helps to centralize everything we do in one place/tool. AI writing assistant help us to speed up the organization of our wiki and other processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I have Notion since 2020 and I extremely love it. If you are an organization rat like me, it's perfect for you. In the beginning it's a little complicated to figure it out, but once you do, there's no going back.

The only thing I do not like about notion is that the calendar does not give you the possibility to repeat events.

I am an economics student so I have a lot of questions when I am studying for my bachelor. Notion solves a lot of them and teaches me a lot of things.

It really helps with starting my writing and organizing process for small personal and professional projects. I have found guides to help me with navigating the quirks over time, and I am learning to utilize all the features to its full potential. Easy to build new tools and so many great templates when I don't have time to do something from scratch. Took me a little time to get to this point, but now its my favorite platform for everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most intuitive in some ways and it took a lot of practice and troubleshooting to figure out the best way to get the results I wanted. Also, getting the AI to only focus on certain pieces of text or information that I want it to use when drafting for me has been a challenge. Had to figure out methods to work around this, and guides/tutorials are not always easy to find, but I have found some great resources with time, google, and tik tok. There is still so much more to learn, but making adjustments to my pages and databases is so easy now.

It can literally be built out for pretty much anything I need, and I have adopted more uses over time as I have learned and practice. So versatile and funtional.

I would like my Notion pages to be more personalized, add more fonts, colors and backgrounds for example.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time when copywritting some e-mails and captions for posts. It also helps me make a lot of information shorter and clearer and its great at proovreading and correcting grammar or spelling mistakes.
