Great to use, I've been using it for everything from work to personal
What do you like best about the product?
With the ease of use and a low learning curve, the availability and ingenuity of tools for the app are exactly what a user such as myself needs. It is incredible considering how young this company is. It really knows how to cater to people's creativity and industriousness to help a person organise their thoughts and lives in a fun and intelligible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could be able to plug ins with some microsoft 365 apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me become increadibly organised in a way that suits my working style, it's something that I use on a daily basis. My life is far simpler whilst using notion
Useful and clever AI
What do you like best about the product?
AI is integrated really well into the site, making it not only user friendly but able to be used in conjunction with other things
What do you dislike about the product?
AI sometimes references things that are real but this is easy enough to fact check

It is helping me plan my essays, brainstorming ideas with references. It is also helping me create detailed lesson plans for my students
Great integrated note-taking and planning platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the pages and subpages, the quick actions, the icons for the pages. I really like the integrated AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a large learning curve in using Notion for the first time with the quick actions, even if in the long run they do help. I don't like that you can't set your own colours, only use the basic ones that notion has included. It's very annoying that the billing is in $ and there appears to be no way to change this, as someone who lives in the UK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like the AI - I don't think it's as good as ChatGPT though and that service is free. I've had some error codes with it where I haven't been able to use it for a significant time. I'm writing a book, and it really helps with brainstorming ideas or namees. It can be a bit slow at times, and a bit literal. I've had some problems where if I ask it to do the same thing on the same page but for different selected text, it includes the pervious answers it gave too (even when I specify not to). It's also very expensive for what it is, and I don't like that it's charged separately from plans. $10 a month for just AI is a lot, plus plan fees on top. And I also don't like that with how expensive it is, it appears to be workspace-specific. What if I want a personal workspace, a workspace for a project, etc, and I'd like to use AI on all of them?

What do you like best about the product?
Nice and easy to get to grips with the way of writing on Notion. The AI is fantastic but could be better now with GPT-4 being released.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selecting text on mobile is a pain, quite annoying to copy and paste from the notion app elsewhere as it only allows you to select each text block individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to quickly learn some new things by condensing the information nicely. It also helps to turn my ideas into text.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about this tool is the ability to access all necessary information without having to switch between different browsers. I can conveniently take notes and locate information on the same page. Notably, as someone who frequently writes for business, I used to jot down rough notes in Notion and then transfer them to another application for editing. Now, I find that using this tool helps me to refine my language right here in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see many downsides to it, but it would certainly be beneficial if you could make it a bit more presentable. Keeping it all white can be quite dull. Moreover, I personally would appreciate the addition of a whiteboard feature within the same application. This would enable me to brainstorm with my team and map out various ideas more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I previously mentioned, this tool enables me to consolidate all of my work in one convenient location, making it much easier to manage. I find myself utilizing the AI feature frequently for writing tasks due to the convenience it provides in comparison to other applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a platform that allows the user to create the perfect productivity system for them. The customisation and flexibility really separate notion from other note taking apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can occasionally feel clunky to use, for example i recently tried to implement a to do list using the database function. while the to do list worked, i had to wait forthe page to load, then the database, then i had to add a new entry. i stopped trying to use notion for this and switched to todoist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's AI assistant is helping me be significantly more productive in my place if work thanks to its ability to read a large email on a page and summarise the goals that the sender would like me to achieve.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is the best aspect. Sorting definitions, creating flashcards and summarising content saves me at least an hour every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike the lack of fonts, text size alterations and lack of word processing features. Would kill office if these features were included within Notion.

Multiple applications rolled into one
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the different features and how i can group each part of my job together. I have been using the AI tool to help me with idea generation and as a new feature to see how far it can go and i am very impressed by it. This is my favourite thing about notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
This has only happened to me once, so it's not so much a dislike more so an annoying thing, but the other day the page wouldn't load at all and i was in the middle of a research project with all of my notes on notion. The other thing is when i highlight a chunk of text it sometimes doesn't let me, but again not so much a dislike more just a little irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast paced idea generation if i have to present some basic ideas for a project but only have a couple, i love how the AI assistant helps me get there with other ideas that i then expand on and can work with. In general, having my own personal documents all in one place helps me not lose anything important where it doesn't need to be on our central hub.
