Intuitive and Integrative with Reasonable Pricing

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as our internal documentation software, and I really like the very fluid UI and all the integrations it offers. The integrations make it easy to get updates from tools like Jira and to receive Slack notifications when needed. I appreciate the frequent feature updates that happen seemingly every other month. This means we always have access to the latest tools to improve our workflow. Since everything is stored in Notion, I don't have to spend time training new hires, which is a huge time saver. The initial setup felt as easy as a fresh summer breeze, and overall, Notion comes with a nice, gentle price tag.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price tag on the enterprise is a bit too stiff for a medium size company, since we are big enough to get a decent discount and thus we are stuck in a bit of 'manual security checklist'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize our documentation, which avoids scattering information. Its integrations allow instant updates from Jira and Slack notifications, and the smooth UI and frequent updates enhance its usability.

Flexible, Intuitive, but Challenging Database Management

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as my personal knowledge base, task list, notetaker, shipping list, and article highlight storage. I appreciate Notion's flexibility, which makes it easy to create a structure for storing whatever I need. Setting up Notion was super easy, and I didn't find any friction when setting up my private space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think recently, mainly the interaction design is a little bit more challenging when you are managing databases. Everything is in the side panel. I often get confused by what is a grouping and what is an attribute and where I can add attributes, where I can control attribute values, where I control visibility. It's usually a lot of clicking and back and forth. Before I set things up. But then, ultimately, things work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a single place to store all my notes. Its flexibility allows me to easily create structures for storing whatever I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly helpful for handling development coding tasks at my company. It allows me to create tasks, track their status, period time, and prioritize effectively. I also like the filtering and search capabilities along with the AI chat, which make it really simple to use. These features help me a lot when I'm looking for documents, tasks, and information that I want to read or know.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading sometimes is so slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me create tasks, track their status, duration, and priority. It's really simple to use, helping me quickly find the docs, tasks, and information I need. I like the filtering, search, and AI chat features.

Effortless Team Collaboration

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for planning work with my team and sharing information on joint projects. It makes it very easy to align our timelines between different communication channels, and I use it to relay tasks to people in different locations by creating tasks for them with all the necessary information. Notion excels at information sharing between team members and allows us to comment on each other's work when reviews are needed. I really like the easy sharing of information between team members. Embedding different files like PDFs and videos is very useful as it makes it easier to refer to outside material. The initial setup of Notion was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced minor connectivity issues from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to easily align timelines, relay tasks to remote team members, create and share task information, and comment on work for reviews. It simplifies sharing information and embedding files.

Notion as Our Central Hub: Flexible Workflows and Powerful Databases

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the central hub for almost everything I do at Amenitiz. I use it daily to manage communications and campaign submissions, track help center article requests, document PRDs, and collaborate across teams.

What I like most is how flexible it is. We’ve been able to build structured workflows for campaign intake and documentation while still keeping things easy to navigate. The database functionality is especially powerful as it allows us to track projects, assign ownership, add statuses, and keep everything transparent in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Notion is so flexible, it can sometimes become messy if there isn’t a clear structure or governance in place. As workspaces grow, it’s easy to duplicate pages or lose visibility if things aren’t organized carefully. The user experience here isn't super intuitive here and can be frustrating to use.

Some database views can also become heavy or slightly slow when they include a lot of relations and filters. And while it’s powerful, there can be a bit of a learning curve for new team members who aren’t familiar with building structured databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information and disconnected workflows. Before centralizing processes, requests and documentation would live across emails, Slack threads, and different tools, which made tracking and visibility difficult. It also helps me stay organized and prioritize effectively, since I can see everything in structured databases with clear statuses and owners.

Disorganized Onboarding and Unclear Folders Make Navigation Difficult

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can write content and share it easily, and I like that I can tailor the sharing options to fit what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very disorganized and difficult to get onboarded onto the tool. The folder organization is also super blurry and unclear, which makes it hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing notes, analysis to my colleagues

Indispensable for Centralizing and Collaborating

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UX of Notion because it makes my user experience pleasant. Also, the ease of communication is a major asset for me. I can easily share a page link, create stylish info blocks, and make small databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The power of databases is quite limited. The loading fluidity is global and could be improved, and Notion could benefit from a 100% customizable module to fully personalize the tool according to our preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize information, organize knowledge, collaborate on projects, and facilitate communication. I can easily share pages, create design information blocks, and manage small databases.

Exceptional All-in-One Solution for Project Management

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the visual aspect of Notion, the fact that everything is in a database and that I can have different views depending on the information I want to highlight. I also appreciate the collaborative work with specific views for each person. It's truly exceptional. The emojis and colors are really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logging speed in databases when we have a lot of data is a bit slow sometimes. Also, I don't like the fact that I can't open multiple Notion spaces at the same time. For example, I need to work on my consulting space and my client space simultaneously, but I can't manage to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track my tasks, projects, and to-do list. It's very visual, which helps me a lot, especially with colors and emojis to differentiate the types of projects and budgets. Everything is at a glance.

Notion: One-Stop Solution for Personal and Professional Efficiency

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for everything from handling operations at my Data Consulting Agency to personal projects like building a house and organizing a wedding. I love that it allows having everything in one place, which makes it easy to spec and follow projects. The UI is frictionless—you're always zero clicks away from entering data, working, or commenting, and the user experience is top-notch. The ability to template once the format is defined saves a lot of time. Notion AI is super valuable for retrieving context from everything related to a client or project in just one click, and it's extremely well-connected to tools like Google Drive and Slack. The new layout feature in databases is another highlight, as it allows me to pin variables and organize information without clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion introduced Row Level Security Permissions last year, and while it's a good first step, the feature is still lacking depth. I'm also waiting for Column Level Security which should arrive soon (Q1 2026 I think).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to have everything in one place for easy project tracking. It saves a lot of time by allowing simple format changes and automation, enabling us to template and automate with Notion AI.
