Notion has become my virtual assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collect and organize my data. And then reorganize it is great. The UI for this is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
On my Mac I am using the site as a PWA. Which is good, but I wish there was a real desktop app with an offline mode like the mobile app has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using the AI heavily now to put rough draft a and template content into documents. This is really speeding me up. I'm still learning some of the ways I can use it.
An amazing resource for brainstorming, reviewing and clarifying knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has been extremely beneficial when brainstorming for lesson plans, giving exemplar student work, and helping me use my time more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it often deletes the previous response when I try to continue using AI without clicking away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me use my time more efficiently and source relevant pedagogies for lesson planning.
Life Changing Productivity Application
What do you like best about the product?
Capability to relate different databases together, ability to build practically anything on top of it. Love the AI capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of an offline mode is killer. Would be nice if I cold at least create items that sync once connectivity is re-established.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task lists are fine but Notion is really helping me keep it all organized and provide a structure and a way to keep associated reference materials as part of my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI Assistant the most. I use it all the time, I was able to be one of the few who received early access. I like that you can keep everything organized and have the ability to add documents, images, graphs, and embed items like other software within Notion, such as Figma files. I also use the task lists like it's my religion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curb when it comes to using Notions pages or tabs or whatever they might be called, but it really isn't even that complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not very good at professional texts. I have a habit of typing the same way that I would speak. Notion AI helps me improve my writing and I love the ability to adjust the tone and shorten or make longer.

Flexible organiser
What do you like best about the product?
Database items have pages that are completely optimizable. The ability to connect and create relations is very usefull
What do you dislike about the product?
there is no proper feature to lock the content of the page, if you have edit access even when the page is locked you can easily unlock and change and some functions are completely changeable even when the page is locked

Many! Helping with writing with Notion AI, best place for class and meeting notes, great place for team management for small to medium size projects and great place for documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides a highly organized system for controlling business divisions, notes, and documents. Notion allows me to integrate files and programs better than One Note. The AI services are an amazing feature that streamline the creation of documents, research, and development of my business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature that would allow handwritten fields to be added to any page. There are times where drawings or personal additions would create a more intriguing interaction with customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving an organizational database issue that allows me to keep notes and files in a easily accessible nested system that also ties in with a calendar so that I can keep up with tasks and have direct locations available.

What do you like best about the product?
I can't quite put my finger on it but I've never consistently used a program like notion before and I've used this every day since I got it. I find it intuitive and I appreciate the clean UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel things could be made a little simpler, eg. I wanted to have a daily habits list that I do every day without needing to duplicate it each day which was difficult, but then I did end up figuring out a different way to go about it so I guess it was fine in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to organise my life and ensure I keep up with my goals. Somehow the way it is set up just keeps me coming back to it, where with other similar systems I have given up or just forget about it after a week. Also the AI writing assistant is amazing, it helps me understand concepts so easily and it's summarise feature is the absolute best. It's saved me so much time, and I also just like to play around with it to see what it can do! I think it's a great resource to start off on understanding concepts.
Notion and accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can embedded dd pages, links, etc. I also love how clean the layout is. It is simple and easy to use, and the intergrated AI helps with doing schoolwork and homework, as I am able to teach myself certain phrases with a click of a button instead of going to the actual Chatpgt webiste. In summary it is my favourite app for schoolwork and organisation because of its simple and accessible layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could highlight individual words instead of the whole line. Also, often it says I have spelling errors, but the words are spelt correctly. It would also be nice if Notion had the option to add Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps with learning knowledge and taking notes. I can 'search' up phrases using the AI, expand a paragraph or write an essay with a button. It also looks very clean so it is 'peaceful' to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides an easy way to organise goals and tasks. It also has useful tools such as databases to link and sort information efficiently. Everything can be easily accessible from a home page. Available templates for different needs are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When beginning to use Notion it can be overwhelming to understand all the different content and choices to make in order to bring together a seamless system for organising everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Ph.D. student and the biggest help Notion has provided me is being able to keep a database of literature with different tags and labels to be able to sort through topics quickly and efficiently as needed depending on the chapter I am working on. Notion extensions allow me to easily import literature from the web straight into the database with appropriate tags to review later. I also use databases and checklists to keep track of progress and goals to ensure I am not falling behind. Note-taking systems also allow me to keep all of my meeting notes together in one place so I do not have to flick through notebooks trying to find information.
