Notion facilitates collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform that helps me to organize myself in an easy and super intuitive way. One of the best things is the new AI feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I created a teamspace by mistake and couldn't delete it, only archived.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping my team to organize our tasks and ideas.

What do you dislike about the product?
Easier integration when trying to embed certain third-party things. For example, when I tried to embed a YouTube it was scaled down and part of the video was blurry.

What do you like best about the product?
extremely fast outputs. best part about it is that it isn't just fork of chatgpt - you can ask it to do anything you would do yourself in notion such as making a table out of the info you had asked for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes when it outputs the answer to a mathematical question, it's simply incorrect. not much of a problem as I usually do the question myself and end up fact checking it but when I'm unsure of both my answer and the AI's answer then I end up asking friends for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cram revision as when I started using it I had only a couple weeks till finals. with notion having its own AI, revising and going over notes has been way faster than I had ever expected.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how interactive and creative you can be with Notion. It's highly customizable, and although it has a bit of a learning curve, once you get the hang of it it's amazing for fitting it to your life. I'm a student and use it for every semester by setting up all my assignments, deadlines, and review schedule. I also type up all my notes with it and I've definitely seen an improvement in my grades ever since. Also Notion AI is an incredible addition that has really bown me away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I dislike to be honest, perhaps the bit steep learning curve when you're just starting out to figure out how it works, but templates help a lot with that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a CS student, so having the option to actually put in code in my preferred programming language into my notes is so beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. It’s an adaptable platform that can fit many of our organizational needs in terms of creating a source of truth, databases to store information that is easily accessible, and sharing information across the organization. The databases are super helpful, and we Love the ability to format things consistent across all of our Notion pages and databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the databases could be uniquely configured when the different views are added. For example, it would be nice if we could manipulate databases and views to allow other teams to add their notes or information as they want within the database, WITHOUT adding all that information to the main database. Unfortunately, if a team wants to manipulate a view, add information to their database view, and then make all of their columns and fields show up for every database view as options. This can be super overwhelming so we aren't able to use it for that.
I also wish we could use it more like Asana, assigning people tasks and having them complete it. If Notion had Asana's capabilities - it would be a game changer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central place where everyone can find information and a source of truth for what the teams are working on. It's clear, easy to find the information, and have people self search for information on their own - with our configuration of Notion.

I love Notion's AI (Improve writing) because it helps me polish my words as I am not an English speaker.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to grab at the beginning. I only use the Empty page, but features line Calendar or PMs are still unused.
The lack of lists on the left side. I would love to create a list with pages only for work, other for personal, etc. Intead of seeing them all.

My experience with Notion in a corporate environment
What do you like best about the product?
The introduction of Notion in our company has brought significant improvements in terms of organization. Now, we are able to document all of the company's processes and keep them in a single location accessible to all employees. This centralization and accessibility are the main benefits that Notion has provided us, resulting in a notable optimization of our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Notion for over two years and I cannot identify any negative aspects. Truly, it is an exceptional platform that perfectly caters to my needs. However, a suggestion for improvement would be to add more standard page templates. This would provide a greater variety of options for users, making the experience even more customizable and adaptable to different contexts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, Notion solved problems related to knowledge organization and company processes, as well as facilitating product management, which is also carried out within the platform.
