Notion AI Writing Assistant at University
What do you like best about the product?
The AI Writing Assistant outcompetes ChatGPT for me because of the Ability to collect everything on one Page, thats savable and fits into my ordering system. You can chnge single paragraphes and ask it about all the stuff on the side. Thats far better than working with chat assistants!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would hope to recieve updates about a better Langue model Version like Chat GPT 4. In some circumstances, its nice to gibe the AI Writing assistant a whole pdf. That exceeds the Token Limit often. They need a way to read uploaded files asap!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the Problem of combining various strands of work in diffreent Chatbots into one single document, where you can edit different paragraphs in the order that needs doing, whether copying and pasting everything back and forth in Chat GPT for example

- Speed of work when handling all shortcuts, please include more shortcuts.
- Notion AI blocks. Simply fast and time saving.

What do you dislike about the product?
- When I make a mistake and move to another page, I can't undo.
- When moving pages between databases, they lose properties.
- When several pages are duplicated at the same time, sometimes it doesn't do it correctly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is knowledge management, especially of SOPs, projects and customers. With Notion I have created my own customer management panel, CRM, projects, contacts and tasks. All in one.

Sometimes the AI is not working well. I had to ask multiple times to ensure the answer is relevant. I think it is needing more trainings to provide better results

Structuring thoughts, helping to store the ideas in my brain. Helping me to remember small details about my work. Helping me to write good emails and more better in language

Search bar - not always easy to find stuff as the list is limited

Have a knowledge base of the company and the code base, all into specific folders to help newcomers & collegues to navigate into useful resources - write tech specs and share them easily

How easy it is to create a document and overall the apperance of the app. It also is really easy to navigate through Notion!
What do you dislike about the product?
When you select a Text and Paste something over it, it doesent replace the old text. Some people might like it, but i personally dont.

Notion actually solved my problem with writing rather bad text with Notion AI. It really works just like i want it to.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides organization and structure yet is flexible and fluid. All of the integrations make it extremely powerful. The AI feature saves me unmeasurable amounts of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be better at task management. I still use Todoist for this reason.

Product road mapping, meeting notes, and general product documentation.

The thing I like most about Notion is the capabilities it has allowing me to organize everything from my personal and professional life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it does not have the ability to draw or handwrite like Notes on iPhone or iPad.

It helps me keep track of my current projects, goals, learning, and resources which may come in handy at a later time.
Notion has really boosted my productivity and made my note taking easier
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has continued to impress me with their new features. I find myself using it for everything from baseline research using their AI, to creating quickly stories and acceptance criteria. I also love the recent addition of the Calendar app!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to improve, I would still like to make docs easier to share with folks not using Notion, but the time I save using their tools makes up for this!

It's really made it easy to take notes, keep structure to them and with Notion AI, it allows me quickly re-word my notes or make different versions of my messaging
