I love Notion!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create fun, organized content for my company's internal knowledge base. I really love the new AI feature that helps me get over my writer's block!
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is easy to use but the results are not ever what I'm looking for. Finding the page I want from the search always seems to be more challenging than I'd expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI helps me improve my writing, summarize meeting notes, and unblock my writer's block to make me more productive when writing bi-weekly Release Notes. Notion has become my company's central, internal knowledge base.
Great features but not the easiest to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that notes are shared between people. This is very helpful for meeting notes, brainstorming, etc. I also like the AI tool. We have used it a lot for summarizing meeting notes and other writing needs. Very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very intuitive to use at times. There seems to be a lot of ways to use notion and because of this it can be overwhelming. Simplicity is more often times.

Keeping meeting notes and action items in one place that is easily accessible. Writing summary's of notes using AI
It's the perfect AI writing assistant integrated to a platform where you can be creative!
What do you like best about the product?
I like to get insights based on the data I provide and the possibility of structuring my texts differently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess there are some limitations about the information it can provide, not being able to search deeply into the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do meetings minutes way faster than before. Also, I'm able to organize my ideas and have insights about different stuff on a daily basis.

Flexibility to create a truly specialized ecosystem. NotionAI has just made it more helpful with all of my tasks!

Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming with options, but as I optimize our system, it's become clear that the difficulties subside with experience in the sysem

It's an all-in-one ecosystem for my business! It acts as an organized home for all of my projects and its elements. It acts as a business and project hub

I wish the spreadsheet table had more options that were similar to excel or sheets. Or i wish i could import the table into a google sheet or excell

It is helping me by reminding me of important details that I may leave out when writing an important paper or response.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about notion as a product in itself, but the AI feature for writing and summarizing takes it above and beyond. It's incredibly easy to use and intuitive, and you can templatize the AI features for quickly summarizing new material or coming up with ideas to write.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to notion, especially when compared to other similar products. If there was something that could be improved, it could potentially be folders to organize content, but that's about it.

I am creating content most days. Notion AI allows me to create a repeatable structure to come up with ideas and quickly create full pages of content with them that I can share or publish
