AI is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Notion itself is a great organiser. My current tool of choice. It's simple yet powerful. With addiction of AI Assitant it became even better. I already can't imagine writing texts without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI assistant features sometimes are a bit clunky to activate. You need to select the text and only then can choose what you want to do with it. Also, I lack text stats such as number of words, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion to plan my personal tasks as well as work streams. Nothing beats Notion in terms of simplicity and intuitiveness. I use AI heavily to help me write better texts, emails, narratives.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an app with a lot of functionality in one place. Very useful to keep information and to get organized. Being able to create pages within pages is something that helps a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Spreadsheet functionality should be simplified. Spreadsheets are complicated to create. Notion could take inspiration from Google Sheet to make its spreadsheets more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually, it is easy to organize your business.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI feature is a real gamechanger. It has been profoundly helpful, but seems to be built on an older version of GPT. As it continues to grow, it will clearly be even more helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality is getting much better but is still not quite where I would like it to be in order to fully replace Evernote. There is also a step and sometimes complicated learning curve that makes basic takes a little more complicated then they need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am primarily using Notion for research purposes. I combine Notion with Readwise to keep a database of my Kindle notes and my degree notes. The AI function has been really helpful in providing writing prompts and possible ideas for blog posts, social media content, and of course, ideas for writing papers.

Helps me write essays. Lots of different options and methods that you can use IA. it is a multifaceted tool with many different ways that you can use it in your day to day life.

Sometimes the AI tool is not always super accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to write code and use latex symbols within my notes is very important for my degree. In addition to this the inbuilt ai is extremely helpful in shortening the time spent on work and summarising larger blocks of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the AI struggles to write answers in Latex, coming out with unnecessary symbols and awkward layouts. Also the inability to freely move images so that text can wrap around it is a features i would like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixing tedious and time-consuming summarisation and creating an efficient workflow with my uni studies. It also helps makes notes that can integrate maths and code.

What do you like best about the product?
As a physician, I find the utilization of notion in my day-to-day work to be incredibly valuable, as it not only allows me to elaborate on care plans and treatment options(the make longer picture), but also enables me to quickly access and look up pertinent information . Furthermore, these tools have proven to be instrumental in helping me complete my notes more efficiently, while also providing me with the ability to summarize information from various sources in a clear and concise manner(summarize feature)

I would like customizable shortcuts to create and text expanders

Help me summarize cases and histories. It gives a natural flow to information

What do you like best about the product?
I could use it to write, plan, create, structure my work, learning and goals. It is beautiful that I can use it for anything I want to do.

Can we have an add on that checks grammar?

Great product overall - AI is useful, but not a must-have
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great for managing several projects and mind mapping. It's easier to use and more intuitive than the alternatives. The Mac and mobile apps are also very clean and super responsive. The added AI feature is very handy, but not a must-have for most users. For $10 a month, however, it's much easier to have it included and use it to help improve writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it as a collaboration tool could use some improvements. Sometimes finding things can be difficult given the hierarchy setup of the platform. Would like some more features when it comes to linking other pages and tying pages together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all projects, such as workflow and project management. Sorting and analyzing thoughts. Writing and editing are much easier than with the other alternatives.
Notion Review is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that notion is able to act in so many different parts, not just as a planner but also as a tracker for all the day-to-day needs. It keeps of everything in my life and can also be used as a storage space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a hard initial learning curve to actually become good at notion, it took sometime for me at the beginning to really understand what I wanted and what I needed notion to do. It has a lot of different pathways to be used, so I get that it is hard to start into, but there should be a more detailed template or tutorial built in to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a few problems, it allows me to put everything into one working space that is a database where I can search for information. It also allows me to organize different aspects of my life and keep accurate trackers of what needs to be completed as well. With the addition of Notion AI, it has helped me to be even more productive by giving me idea and also helping me to solve problems.
Notion is my second brain
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible and valuable Notion is. It allows me to design all the productivity systems I need without coding experience. I use Notion for all my professional and personal note-taking, as well as a tool for storing information about people I know and accounts I hold.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to Notion is that there is no offline option. I wish I could sync my data to my devices locally so that I can use the app offline and easily back up my data. I've left Notion before for this reason and continue to search for alternatives that offer this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my need for a centralized note-taking system to act as my 'second brain' for all personal and professional information that I need to keep track of.
