Notion Review is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that notion is able to act in so many different parts, not just as a planner but also as a tracker for all the day-to-day needs. It keeps of everything in my life and can also be used as a storage space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a hard initial learning curve to actually become good at notion, it took sometime for me at the beginning to really understand what I wanted and what I needed notion to do. It has a lot of different pathways to be used, so I get that it is hard to start into, but there should be a more detailed template or tutorial built in to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a few problems, it allows me to put everything into one working space that is a database where I can search for information. It also allows me to organize different aspects of my life and keep accurate trackers of what needs to be completed as well. With the addition of Notion AI, it has helped me to be even more productive by giving me idea and also helping me to solve problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible and valuable Notion is. It allows me to design all the productivity systems I need without coding experience. I use Notion for all my professional and personal note-taking, as well as a tool for storing information about people I know and accounts I hold.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to Notion is that there is no offline option. I wish I could sync my data to my devices locally so that I can use the app offline and easily back up my data. I've left Notion before for this reason and continue to search for alternatives that offer this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my need for a centralized note-taking system to act as my 'second brain' for all personal and professional information that I need to keep track of.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the organization tools, as well as the AI implementation within the Notion app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside that I see is the cost of the AI, which is understandable. The AI is also not as powerful as a service like Chat GPT, but is sufficient enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me to keep my notes organized, while their AI allows me to gain insight into topics that are discussed that I need further clarification on.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates feature on Notion has been a game-changer for me. It saves me so much time and helps me work more efficiently, which is especially important when I have a lot of different projects going on at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I alt+tab into notion, it takes a lot of time to respond, which is why on windows, the notion app tends to be a bit slow. Maybe if the app was made faster, I would not have anything ti dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps divide content easily into different pages of the same sub category. Which helps in knowing where all my work is being kept at.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Notion for note-taking and planning. I love being able to create databases and be creative by adding widgets etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use Notion for more spreadsheet, financial statement work.

The AI writing assistant has been a time saver for writing email and other document creation.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion helpful for keeping track of large amounts of information. I track everything in Notion. I have databases for notes, beer tasting, gambling winnings, and music album ratings!

Sometimes I don't like the block format.

I have found it more simple to keep track of notes on a program like notion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the options for pages and the easy interface. The templates and simple, accessible design are amazing, and mean that I can have a number of pages for various topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, and I dislike that I non-members have to sign in through Google. Its rather difficult to transfer in graphs, but its not something I encounter that often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get started on projects and manage the writers block. I know that when I sign on to notion, I'll get something done. I've got a table set up with my assignments and their due dates, which helps dramatically.
Very helpful and useful system for essays.
What do you like best about the product?
Bullet pointing ideas, essay referencing in different styles, brainstorming ideas and improving on them. I really like how the AI draws on your own work and making contributions based on this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information provided is not always correct, which is to be expected. These pieces of incorrect information can be quite confusing, but with independent research it all works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sentencing my essays and coming up with and reviewing the structures of my essays so I can have a more coherent piece of work. It also helps me with drafting my CV.
Positive experience for "working on work"
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to summarize and list action points from longer messages. The use as an assistant is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have a more intuitive format for formatting text. And the screen contrast is a bit dull. I would like it to look more like a Word doc

Summarizing meetings, creating action lists for follow-ups, and revising reports. Plus, I use it to keep track of notes, images, and docs related to projects.
Excellent tool to keep organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling of tasks with calendar view as it gives me a visual representation of my schedule, which makes it easier to plan out my day and stay on track. As someone currently pursuing post-grad education, it is a useful tool so I would not miss any deadlines. I also liked the AI capability when summarizing my notes or creating structure for my papers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only experienced problems last week when there was a delay with its response however I do understand the issue is a technical one and it has since been resolved. I'd still recommend Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have only been using it for organizing my notes in class and keeps me updated with my due dates so I would be prepared everytime in class and not miss deadlines.
