I am very satisfied with Notion AI service!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of this tool is its default prompts. These prompts are super convenient and have made it incredibly easy for me to use the tool right out of the box. With just a few clicks, I can quickly access the most commonly used functions and features of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult for me to point out what I don't like about Notion AI at this point, but I can tell that it would be way better having more default prompts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since building my second brain in Notion, my life has completely changed. I use it for knowledge and project management, and it has been an incredible asset. The templates created by August Bradley are particularly helpful; they have been a life changer. I can see a lot of business potential in commercializing the templates, as they are just amazing. Just an idea.
In addition to the templates, Notion AI has been a game-changer for me. English is my second language, but the AI service has helped me tremendously with my writing. It has enabled me to connect better with my colleagues through emails at work, and it has also been invaluable when I'm brainstorming and taking notes on different topics. Overall, Notion has truly transformed the way I work, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful productivity tool.

Notion is a very versatile and customisable app that can be used for a variety of purposes. It can be used for note-taking, task management, project planning, and more. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the ability to create custom templates and databases is a powerful feature. However, the app can be somewhat slow to load, and the mobile app can be buggy at times. Overall, Notion is a great tool for organising information and staying productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very nice to have the ability to archive notes. The archive function should hide archived notes from searches and the sidebar.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several problems that Notion is solving, such as providing a centralized location for organizing and managing notes, tasks, and projects. Notion also allows for collaboration and sharing among team members, which increases productivity and efficiency. What do you like best about the product?
Formatting is so easy. After creating a long list of bulleted items, I was told to change to no bullets and indent. With AI was asked for the new forward and unable hours of formatting we are used to doing in word processors. The formatting was instant, right across the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of the sidebar (is good right now), but a year or two from now, having everything in the sidebar may become overwhelming. Having a better navigation system for content.

Reduces my editing time. Helps with research and planning. Gives me a solid direction.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides total flexibility for users to build databases . That is very helpful for me to organize information for both life and work according to specific needs. I have used it to organize schedules for my family and me and for work in multiple jobs. I have used it to manage projects, including collecting information, setting plans, tracking progress, and communicating with others.

I'm concerned about security issues. Notion allows me to make pages public or share pages to any specific persons. However, Notion has not release features about privilege controls and password protections. I am a single mom with 3 jobs, 2 children, and planning to start my online stores and consulting business. There are many deadlines, processes, documents, contacts, and ideas that I manage daily. Life and work could be chaotic and overwhelming. Notion helps me with organizing and presenting schedules and knowledge databases in multiple ways. It helps me to stay organized with tasks and projects in life and work.

What do you like best about the product?
I am an independent e-commerce business consultant and started using Notion about 4 months ago for a large project I was embarking on. For content creation and management it has been very helpful because the content exists on their own documents, plus are part of a database. I am structuring an entirely new business education program for an Economic Development Department for a small city, and it is working great. I have used Notion AI to help summarize and improve some of the writing. Usually I need to do a little more editing to get it the way I want, and it creates sentences that could be grammatically better. Overall, great tool for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database functionality is not great. If I could combine the robust nature of a database of Airtable with great content creation in Notion that would be a much better tool.
Also, while they claim it can be used for Project Management, it may work for something like Milestones. But, for the nitty gritty like task management I would never recommend it bc it can get convoluted and confusing.

I would have answered content creation and management above, but not a choice. The primary things it helps me with is content creation, content management, and knowledge base for information from the internet I want to track.

I love the collaboration features and how easy it is to share work with teams and outside collaborators

The desktop apps are not native so might as well use the browser.

I like the versatility of Notion the most. I cam use the software for almost anything and I feel that I am able to be more organizaed.

There is not much I dislike about Notion. However, sometimes it can be hard to learn what all the app has to offer.

Notion solves the problem of not being able to create my own unique note pages and databases. By fixing this, I am able to be more organized.
I Loved Notion Before AI But Now I'm Completely Enamored!!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great way to organize information with various layout options to help keep things organized. I watched some YT videos about setting up an Agenda, etc and it's been a game changer for my small business. I am more productive and I can access Notion, my source of truth from anywhere.
Now that they've added the AI functionality, I could not be happier. I love that you can change the tone of voice, make it shorter or longer and tweak it until it just right for your use case.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes copying things then syncs them, and I struggle to get them to break that syncing. It's not a big of a deal, and I can usually c/p the majority, so I don't have to recreate the whole thing section, etc. I do love the templating, which has made this much easier as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of content marketing, and I love how the AI writer in Notion takes not only what is out on the internet but the notes that I have taken in Notion to combine information into AI-generated content. My Agenda and most of my client notes and work in progress is kept in Notion. I love that I can customize the look so things are easy for me to find quickly, based on my preferences.

I really like how easy it is to use. Notion AI has been really helpful in rewriting my scripts, captions, etc.
I use it for all of my content planning and task management. I've also heard that it can be used with Mixpanel, so I'm going to try that out!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion constantly. I use it for organizing all my to-dos (I prefer to have them on a calendar so I can plan everything out), for keeping meeting notes, for keeping processes and procedures handy, for keeping commonly used sites in one place, and I use Notion AI constantly to help improve my writing and to use as a sounding board.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue with Notion is that there is no offline mode; however, I only have problems with it when there is a system outage, which is usually resolved relatively quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps keep me organized and keeps all my knowledge handy. It's my second brain and allows me to streamline my day-to-day operations. One of my favorite things is that I can keep all my notes about a task within the task itself rather than having to jump around.
