What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Notion is that you can make your own pages and databases, and link them together. This means you can organise your information in a way that suits you, and find what you need easily. Another great feature is Notion AI, which can help you to summarise your documents, and find important actions quickly. This can save you time and effort. Finally, you can use Notion AI to brainstorm and write drafts, which is really handy. This means you can capture your ideas and start working on them straight away, without having to switch between different tools or applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! There have been occasions when the Notion AI has been unavailable, but this is not a significant issue and is quickly remedied. This is also a common feature of all AI programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it as a 'zettelkasten' (or 'slip box') for note-taking, and so the inter-connectivity of pages and databases is crucial. I also use the 'PARA' Second Brain technique and Notions customisation is well-suited to that.

It offers a simple interface to document and take notes and the option to include any document format type and is very customizable. Also like that it is easily accessible on all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
While exporting the document to pdf, there isn't much option to format the export. Also a good support to import any markdown document in the exact format would have been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single app that is easily accessible on all the platforms. Very good as a student for note-taking and documenting all the resources to be used as a personal wiki.

What do you like best about the product?
It's my second brain. I use it to offload all the important things I do through out the day, then organize them and output them into content, essays, PowerPoints, memos, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a steep learning curve. Because at its base level it's only blocks, or can be whatever you want it to be, but the dark side is that it can be hard to really build out your notion to what's optimal. Definitely lots of learning to really get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage both short and long term projects and display them all in one space. I can also connect notion to integrations in other apps (slack) so the whole team on a project can stay up to date.

The feature to take certain data and turn into a chart or simplify it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had the ability for me to ask it questions.

The all-in-one documenation ability as a tool.

I like taking Notion with me rather than a self-hosted option.

The interface still feels clunky sometimes.

I don't use it to solve problems usually, but when I do it's to modify code to make it functional.
Basic and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and straightforward to use. The AI writing tool is super handy and has helped me to improve or make tweaks to my writing. Easy to embed links and images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more design capabilities but it's not a deal breaker to me that there are not.

It allows our team to have a central repository for company information and a space where employees can access benefits information easily. Also use the AI writing tool for help on projects or company communications.

Collaborative, organised well, the ability to add comments and the inport and export option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to duplicate and move a copy quickly. Would rather it had a drop down option for both. Versus having to duplicate and then highlight and move.

Notion is a one-stop-shop for all your information management needs. It combines multiple tools such as note-taking, project management, and database functionalities into one platform, making it easier for you to manage your workflow and increase productivity.

The suggestions are genuinely helping me to get better at my emails, but also answer the difficult responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a downtime, so if that is fixed then I have no issues at all.
