Notion as Our All-in-One Workspace for Efficient Team Collaboration

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how it brings everything into one place: notes, tasks, databases, project tracking, and team documentation. It’s flexible, easy to customize, and helps keep our day-to-day work organized and transparent, making collaboration smoother and much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can sometimes feel a bit slow when working with large databases or complex pages. Also, with so many customization options, it can take time to set things up properly and keep everything consistently organized across a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having information and workflows scattered across multiple tools. It centralizes our documentation, project management, task tracking, and internal knowledge base in a single platform. This reduces friction, avoids duplication, and makes it much easier to find information quickly. As a result, our team works more efficiently, collaboration is smoother, and we have better visibility over ongoing projects and priorities.

Feature-Rich, Personalized, and Easy to Use—Notion Fits My Daily Workflow

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Notion is all the great features and personalization it comes with, as well as how easy it is to use and adapt to. I use it every day for all my tasks at work, and it also integrates really easily with GitHub, so it helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrations fail, and it doesn’t synchronize well with GitHub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of tasks across sprints—between sprints, in the current sprint, and in future sprints. It also keeps a log of all the tasks completed in the past, so we can stay aware of what has been implemented and better understand how our time is being invested in day-to-day work.

User-Friendly with Effective Documentation Tools

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to format, use, and leave comments in Notion. The checklist function is a favorite of mine as it makes it easy to create a really simplistic checked form, like for QA checklists. Plus, setting up Notion was quite easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to format in terms of adding diagrams within the platform rather than using an external platform like Miro or Figma. I don't find importing things like Jira links or other platforms that easy in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep an online accessible documentation of the work I do, which I can share with my team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features become distorted when I export to PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve my company’s knowledge base challenges and serves as a single, central knowledge repository for me.

Intuitive Ergonomics and Simplified Management

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ergonomics of Notion and its shortcuts. The ease of creating folders is also a strong point, and I appreciate that many things can be managed directly from the keyboard. Moreover, it has really allowed me to centralize all my information and make it clearer without having to juggle papers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a module to display the current date + the current week number on the homepage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Notion centralizes everything, eliminating papers and making information clearer.

Intuitive, Flexible, and Highly Recommended

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's intuitive folder structure and flexibility in artifacts, which make it easier for me to find what I'm looking for and create artifacts with minimal constraints. I also enjoy the simple navigation and good browsing functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be useful if Notion had automated integrations to sync a document from Google Drive to a Notion database. This could help because we manage project documents in Google Docs, which we find better for collaboration. An automation that creates a twin of a document and keeps the page in sync would be beneficial, but it's just a hunch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep corporate knowledge organized, accessible, and persistent, which helps me find what I'm looking for easily and create artifacts with minimal constraints.

Efficient Tool for Documentation and Secure Collaboration

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's edit tab feature, which shows recent edits made, including who made them and what changes were made. This feature records every change on a particular page, making it easy to track edits. I find it super helpful to check specific edits made by someone; it’s easy to drag through the edits and see everything the person edited. The initial setup of Notion was very easy for me. I just logged in through my work email, and everything else was done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion allowed sharing a page from my personal space to a workspace, but that's not currently possible. If that's allowed, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing documentation and it solves important problems by consolidating data in one place and ensuring data security through workplace sharing. Edits are tracked, offering clarity on changes made.

Documentation has become more enjoyable

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is extremely clean, intuitive, and easy to use across multiple devices. I especially appreciate how simple it is to format text styles and organize sections, which makes the overall experience feel smooth and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn’t always easy to incorporate visual data into a page, and at times the links to other apps (e.g., JIRA, Google Docs) can be easily affected by server conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation, in general, has become a much more pleasant experience for me thanks to Notion’s clean, intuitive UI/UX. The same goes to the reading experience.
