Really wonderful AI
What do you like best about the product?
I really loved all of the built in features. I loved the features like "make longer", "change the tone", "translate", and "summarize". These tools made my work a lot more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI didn't exactly know what I was asking it to do. When I would ask the AI a question, sometimes it would spit back "this text is in English" and I was never sure if that meant the AI wasn't sure what I wanted to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is really helping me by summarizing long articles that I have to read for school. I'm assigned typically 50-100 pages of reading every week and notion helps me understand the concepts so I can be better prepared for class.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion translated the heat of GPT into we'll structures practice. Saving time to sort out the appropriate prompts, with integrated prompts that are designed by the Notion team. It is suitable for use in Notion so that most users will find it relevant to their daily tasks regardless they have used GPT or not somewhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could further demonstrate why a user might use Notion AI instead of using ChatGPT. It is currently not possible to autocorrect the typos when writing prompts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts the abilities of GPT into real use cases and it is designed to facilitate Notion Users in the first place. These users will use Notion regardless of the AI feature, so introducing the AI feature is not aggressive and it is easier for users making sense of the abilities of AI in their personalized use cases.
Amazing Software
What do you like best about the product?
Notion au is a lifesaver - I have been able to fill in my gaps in notes, and I have been able to use the unique database system to organise all my note taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful would be the loading time it takes on computers. The browser version is very fast, however it doesn't seem to be optimised for the mac version you install.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly find formulas and define key terms is extremly helpful, and the ai has been a key part in letting me do this. I couodnt reccomend it more.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I like about Notion is how versatile it is. I can use it for personal projects, work-related tasks, and even as a dashboard to keep all my important information in one place. It's also helpful in my social media work because I can easily organize my ideas and content calendars. Overall, I find Notion to be a very user-friendly and efficient tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only bad thing is the lack of having offline docs. I like using it on planes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me with writing social media copies, organising content as well as rephrasing text that I've already wrote. It's very helpful for copywriting. It also helps me to organise my tasks in my work life with us to do lists and other administrating tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI is great, but there are obviously teething problems. Frequently the AI pop-up stops working and moves to the top-left of Notion's UI. Presumably this is an error, but I can't actually see if it is or not.
Also, I get frustrated because sometimes I want Notion AI to answer something not related to the document at hand, but it has a problem doing that.

Quick, general answers to generalised and technical queries. E.g., "List the films which won the Palme D'or in the 1970s".

Amazing AI Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping your results from AI tool and leveraging it with other notes. Helpful in all aspects of my business. From generating email templates, formatting, and creative writing. I've introduced it to my entire team at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many dislikes however my prompts sometimes get buggy / notes get buggy whenever I have a lot of notes on one page. Other than that flawless and useful once accustomed to controls

It is streamlining crafting creative messaging to clients and candidates for our recruitment firm and allowing non technical recruiters to sound more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Flawless syncing across devices, easy to format with enough depth to not be to simple. Commands make it much more powerful than someother products like onenote that are also freely available.
What do you dislike about the product?
No offline component is currently available, if you lose internet then it is not very pleasant to try and use. Formatting can be hard sometimes given how commands system is structured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much easier to transfer my notes across devices and to carry on from where I was before, cloud sync is much smoother than using onedrive for a word document or a onenote file. The commands for subheadings, tables etc are very intuitive which is a stark contrast from word
Experienced Gtd practitioner uses notion for everything
What do you like best about the product?
Second brain - Gtd use. I love that in the process of making your own workspace, you realize things about what you need. A lot of other tools force you into a workflow that might not be a good fit for you but notion helps you develop your own workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the launch of AI, the speed of Notion has become concerningly slow, and Chuggie, and as your workspace fills, it also slows down quite a bit. Not having a great solution for archiving old pages so that they don't show up and search would also be a good improvement

I have ADD and a very crazy job and ocean helps me take notes on things and then convert those notes into Project plans I use it for kanban boards it's basically how I live my entire job.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a place where i like to organize all my notes, thoughts, plans and details. My own journal for personal or business notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to find embedded pages. Calendar integration isn't easy, Google drive links bug out sometimes.

I am working on my thesis. I use notion to organize my thesis data, write, track projects and for notetaking during meetings.
