Use Notion for personal and business use more than 3 years
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and the accuracy of AI integration are crucial factors in structuring and sharing information with individuals who are not tech-savvy. Very easy to use from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Notion can be too complicated, like Linux, when compared to MacOS. Although I can build everything with Notion, it potentially can take a lot of time. Additionally, the UX from the mobile OS is not very user-friendly either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Structure information correctly.
2. Utilize an AI Writing Assistant to quickly translate text into the appropriate format from different languages.
3. Compose quick emails and verify grammar using an AI Writing Assistant.
4. Establish a swift environment for the team when initiating the project.

Notion AI is a great assistant, however, lacks in many aspects
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great for notes, keeping up with tasks and boosting my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished there was more customizability on how a page is presented. I also wish there was an add-to personal dictionary option and more language options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking and the AI is excellent at expanding upon definitions and providing examples

Powerful and easy to use tool. It has helped me totally organize my business and provide better service to my clients.

Notion AI is an all-in-one tool that significantly improves productivity and effectiveness by providing personalized recommendations and insights for research, content creation, email messaging, and strategy. It suggests related content and topics and personalized email messaging based on the context of the email. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an all-in-one tool.
The best AI app integration I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use and accurate when I need information from it. I know that I can rely on notion to help me use my time more efficiently and complete tasks in the easiest way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do not always get the correct information, and sometimes I feel it could be more accurate. I understand that this is a form of artificial intelligence so there at times when it wont be entirely accurate. However, that is the only issue I have with notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create a roadmap for how exactly to complete an assignment. I am usually stuck on the beginning steps of working on a project, but this has cut this time down significantly and is most beneficial to me.
A valuable resource for business
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has been a valuable resource, not just for organising my business assets but for generating useful content for blog posts, videos scripts and much more. Thank you Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot I dislike about Notion. It's very very designed, user friendly and customisable to suit my busienss needs. I'd recommend Notion to any of my colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is helping me to brain-storm ideas for web content, blog posts, social posts, video script ideas and much much more. I don't know how I've survived without it.

Notion helps me note just write down ideas, but also help me in the ideation process.
An Excellent Platform - Now AI Powered
What do you like best about the product?
I've really enjoyed using Notion since I found out about the platform from a Youtube I follow. I use it to plan and execute my projects. I now write content for my business within Notion and this process has been really enhanced with the addition of the AI powered assistant. I'd tried a number of different platforms and although others are great for producing really low-effort copy, the Notion AI assistant is a gamechanger for writing in my own voice, but with an extra helping hand to elevate my words to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have an older iPad that I would love to use with the Notion app, but Notion is not supported on the version of iOS I am running. It would be handy if a version for older operating systems could also be available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me by being a repository for every thought and idea I have for any of my projects. It's also my go-to platform for writing and exploring new ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is so easy to use to organize my thoughts and create outlines for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are the lack of customization in terms of backgrounds and image placement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a very easy way for me to interact with people by posting content and immediately making it publicly available
The notion app has a very unique look and I love the way pages are linked together so well
What do you like best about the product?
The notion AI has been very integrated in an easy and quick-to-access way, it is excellent for spell-checking and I enjoy using it for creating templates to being writing
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the ai would better be able to select based on phrases such as spell check the last line and only update the last line without updating and affecting the rest of the document and its formatting.
In general I wish the app better pen and drawing support, this would allow me to completely move away from OneNote

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion for organising my notes and thoughts in particular I use the multiple views in data bases switching from Table to board to timeline to reflect the information from within my table better
