Makes my life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a powerful and flexible productivity tool that offers a range of benefits to its users, including an all-in-one workspace, customizable templates, collaboration features, flexibility, integrations, and a mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, Notion had a steep learning curve, especially when it came to formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is benefiting me by simplifying my work processes, allowing me to be more productive, and improving collaboration with others.
Notion AI has really stepped up the game
What do you like best about the product?
Notion was great even before the addition of the AI component. Now, it is an essential part of every work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to my mind immediately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me pay more attention in meetings by not having to take notes. I transcribe the meetings and have the AI summarize it for me with action items.
A Gamechanging...AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has always been an integral part of internal workflows and rallying internal employees together behind initiatives or setting context - but Notion AI has sped up workflows and preparing skeletons and outlines of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
With any fast-paced and fast-changing software, bugs are usually present whether it's via collaboration or just moving text around. The AI Writing Assistant is still in its beginning stages as it cannot create complex documents ie. databases, but we're getting there ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI Writing Assistant was pivotal in having baseline content/structure of a document I'm trying to write either for knowledge base, PRDing or just general information based documents.
My entire life is enabled by Notion.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great because it's so customizable. I've built up my workspace over the years for personal, professional, and academic use. Building it for yourself means it has everything you need and it's completely frictionless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love that Notion is a blank canvas but it can also make it tough to get started. They do a great job of providing templates to show you what the possibilities are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to manage projects and tasks and also work and store content all in the same place. You don't have to switch between a organization or management tool and a content creation application.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple yet every visually appealing. Notion continues to listen to what users want and ads new features to meet those needs. It makes it very easy to collaborate with others as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel too simple or that there isn't enough options to manipulate the way certain databases and designs look on Notion.I would like to see more styles of texts and sizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing different projects that have very close deadlines. The filters on the databases make it super easy to organize everything. We also need databases to organizing company wide info and Notion works great for that.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easy to use and helps with my workflow. The AI write has helped me write for multiple websites while fixing grammar and improving my writing. I have tried Chatgpt, but I always go back to Notion because of its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to use more features when it comes to web designing (changing the background color, adding frames around images, and animation). Sometimes changing from a list view to text on the same page is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me greatly with writing and setting up a website for my portfolio. I would love ti help build templates for people and see the need in the Notion Facebook group.
Productivity Boost with Minor Upload Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion for its time-saving capabilities in writing and reviewing content. I find the organization more intuitive than Google Documents, and value the usefulness of linking and summarizing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to upload larger documents and long format content in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion saves me time on writing and reviewing content, and it organizes in a more intuitive format than Google documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the flexibility of Notion. The lego blocks can literally be made into anything and we have completely eliminated our product team's use of Jira because of it, including much better things like customer feedback links to videos, synced data and tables across numerous different initiatives, and a rollup view for leadership that is so much easier to manage than a weekly or monthly powerpoint.
The AI features have been amazing for writing up documents out of thin air. It also does a great job of summarizing a single transcript. I have been trying to get it to summarize multiple teams' weekly updates across synced product blocks and that seems to be too much for it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Again, it would be an absolute dream if I could summarize across synced blocks, especially if I could automatically re-sync on a weekly schedule!! I am trying to have each team's weekly report summarized into a single location for a regular leadership meeting and it's unreliable and not accurate most of the time - and a huge headache for a human to do. I can't tell you how many different variations of an AI text prompt I've used.
Also, the Table view is a bit limited in that you can't comment in it. We use tables heavily for reporting purposes and weekly updates so it's easy to consume for leadership, but commenting on those things isn't possible so we have to use undesirable workarounds like commenting in the top-level page instead of the weekly update.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our leadership team up to date with each product team's progress, along with storing customer interview data/qualitative stats, and having thorough, well thought out documentation with commentary and links. We can link our objectives back to our research in an extremely flexible way, which is so much better than any other tool out there.
Notion is a game-changer for my business
What do you like best about the product?
It's been so helpful to have all of my projects, ideas, to-do's, timelines, in one place, and to be able to flow between all of them with ease. I haven't found any other platforms as user friendly than this one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little hard to get accustomed to it at first, but after I took a workshop on it it became super simple and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful to have all of my projects, timelines and ideas in one place. Notion AI has been particularly helpful in writing content for instagram or my blog. It's also helpful for editing.
Extremely Useful Productivity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI assistant in Notion helps me summarize my reading notes into main points. I also use the AI to tag my documents with keywords. Super flexible!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the large learning curve. It takes a while to get used to using.

Its helping me keep track of all the readings I do for my degree.
