Notion is in a class by itself. Insane value.
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely customizable. It can replace SharePoint, Asana, and OneNote for your firm. Also, the UX is extremely intuitive. I know it is great for a task management, document management and notetaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside? Maybe just that it takes a little bit of time to get it set up the way you want it? There are great templates for specific things but in order to get it all integrated and include other people, it takes some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loss of information, difficulty in sharing information, project management tools that try to do too much and cost too much.

What do you like best about the product?
Many people enjoy the convenience of using Notion to stay organised while working on projects or tasks. Its interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, with checkboxes, lists, headers and subheaders to make selection easy. When colleagues need to collaborate on important documents, Kanban boards are useful for effective project management. Furthermore, when keeping track of meetings and video calls, organisation can be done quickly through calendar synchronisation with the Outlook & Google Calendar integration feature available within the Notion platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to quickly copy and move paragraphs and lines of text in Notion templates. Switching between emails or documents manually can make sending multiple messages time-consuming. Using a system like this would save users a lot of time and energy when creating their project work, so I hope it becomes available sooner rather than later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team member, I am benefiting from Notion because it helps me onboard new members efficiently.

The powerful all-in-one productivity application Notion integrates note-taking, task, project, and knowledge management capabilities. Users are able to generate and arrange data in a number of different formats, including notes, databases, tables, kanban boards, calendars, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing i dislike about notion is that it is very slow to search for any file which I havealready saved even if I have a stable and fast internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solve problem of note sync with it's feature of interoperability in browser, android add, ios app, windows app and mac app it has all ecosystem support so I don't have to worry about using only one device to open app.

Since the time I started using Notion, I have been able to take notes within fraction of seconds, I can take the notes and pinpoints all the important work within few minutes, I love using notion specially during meetings

Sometime the application crash when we are using it, it might be the fault of my laptop since it happened only few times but other than that everything looks great

Solvoing the problem of taking notes manually, and managing it without any hassle, it helps in writing notes too, which saves a lot of time and make me happy and I lover the UI of notion

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that Notion offers in terms of content transformation. With just a few clicks, you can go from writing some text to creating an advanced database with complex structures. This makes data entry so much easier, because once the information is entered correctly, it automatically populates where it is needed - making data collection less tedious and quicker to complete! Learning how to use Notion isn't difficult either; with proper guidance, I'm sure one day is enough for anyone to get used to the features of this fantastic tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the versatile tools that Notion has to offer and its good project management features. However, since I upgraded my account to Team Plan there have been some issues that have bothered me. It also isn't able to track recurring activities, which can be a problem over time if you want to keep track of the same activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of managing our organisation's data. Using Notion, I'm able to quickly store and access policies, procedures and new employee checklists all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to have drop downs and paste things really easily. It really works like an interacctive white board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only used the free version for several months and it lagged quite a bit the more I used it and the more I stored in it.

I felt like there could have been better integrations with google workspace.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of Notion. Its ability to go beyond simple note-taking makes it a great tool for task scheduling, page customisation and sharing, notification emails, collaboration - the list goes on. Notion listens carefully to user feedback and often implements the changes they suggest; this is part of what creates such an inclusive environment where everyone can succeed at their tasks. More than ever before, jumping into any project is made easier by having the tools you need at your fingertips, especially when it comes to taking notes or building databases. All in all, I believe that Notion is one of the best applications for collaborative document creation available today - its versatility really sets it apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of full offline capabilities, especially on mobile devices, to be Notion's biggest shortcoming. I would like to see it offer the ability to share only certain elements or subsections of databases - and all associated content along with them - to promote a greater level of flexibility within Notion. In spite of this, these drawbacks pale in comparison to the plethora of benefits this platform has brought me so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm benefiting greatly from Notion's solution to the problem of having different ways of doing things. I no longer have to worry about managing workflows at different levels; with Notion it is so much simpler and tailored to my own personal workflow process.

Editing information on Notion is super flexible and fast to do.

Versioning is a little more challenging to manage on Notion than it is on, say, Confluence or another wiki type of tools.
Information can be too easy to edit, and I find it confusing to roll back changes.

I have implemented Notion as a wiki/knowledge base in a corporate setting.
