A Single Hub for Notes, Tasks, and Roadmaps—Plus Great Slack Integrations

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It works well for me. I find it very useful to have a single space where I can consolidate notes, tasks, and the roadmap, and also track progress. The integrations with Slack are very helpful for my day-to-day work as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline mode isn’t available. The mobile app isn’t as good as the desktop version, and it can sometimes be challenging to find the route I’m looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m part of a very small UX group, and as we grow we’re defining our design ops and figuring out, setting, and adapting to different ways of working. Right now, Notion is helping a lot with managing our projects and keeping track of what’s in flight. It’s also been helpful for visibility with other project partners and stakeholders, and for mapping our workload so we can see who has more bandwidth to take on new projects.

Centralize the Organization in One Place

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall aesthetic of Notion, it is very user-friendly in terms of user experience. I also highly value its versatility, as it solves problems that would otherwise require more than one application or software. It is very useful for organizing and centralizing information, allowing me to do everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The version of the Notion app on iPhone doesn't thrill me; it takes a while to update when I write something and doesn't update within the phone. I also feel that the Notion guide could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the organization and centralization of information and documentation in one place for me, replacing the need for multiple apps.

Versatile Collaboration with Notion, But Steep Learning Curve

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for its versatility across my non-profit, business, and personal life. The database view layouts stand out, and the formula editor is quite useful. Notion allows me and my team to update instantly, mention team members, and set up automations for tedious tasks, all of which enhance our collaboration and make data management feel less like a chore. The templates, buttons, and automations are particularly valuable as they streamline data collection. It also serves as a great platform for sharing updates, maintaining a cloud filing cabinet, and keeping my schedule organized. Additionally, Notion allows for effective team collaboration by providing a shared workspace that's organized and relevant to individual needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like my Notion page and other marketplace layouts are essentially the same with no customization other than elements and blocks. I’d like to have more effects, icon animations, and maybe major company integration. I’d like to update my Notion/Google calendar and offer a 2-way sync. It wasn’t pretty setting up Notion initially; I struggled. There’s a learning curve but as long as you have a Notion engineer, you’ll be okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to view my schedule and maintain a cloud filing system. It enhances team collaboration by allowing instant updates and automations for repetitive tasks. It organizes our workspace, making it feel relevant and structured to individual needs.

Easy to Use, Highly Customizable, and Great Integrations

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and customizeability -- also integrations and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve -- the difference between pages & dashboards and other vocabulary, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is now helping me project manage my entire business - -it's where I track cashflow, tasks, and projects. I created a bot with Notion AI takes my to-dos from each week and automatically drafts an "end of week update" email to my clients in Gmail. This alone saves me at least two hours per week. Plus, for each meeting I have, I have Notion AI read the transcript and provide me with tasks -- then, it estimates the time each task will take and places that on my calendar. Saves me hours every week.

Innovative and User-Friendly with Scope for Speed Improvement

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Notion, I can easily make a website that's free to use, and the AI has been super helpful. Having used AI now, it would be difficult to go back and use the platform without it because AI has really helped me do both of my fantasy leagues. As someone who is new to technology and doesn't have a lot of experience with web design or development, I always found building a website intimidating and expensive. But with Notion, I can put out a website for all members of my Fantasy Leagues, which has been great, super easy, and intuitive. The AI assistant really helps in doing everything, making it a polished product compared to just using Google Sheets or Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like for as good as the AI software is, it could definitely be faster. I compare it to something like Google Gemini, which populates results really quickly. For instance, during an offline draft with 85 participants, Google Gemini completed 24 rows in a set schema in about three seconds. With Notion, the AI is a little slow sometimes. Also, there are times the AI can't do things, and instead, it just gives a step-by-step on what I need to click, which can be a bit frustrating. It'd be nice if the AI had more functionality to toggle settings on and off without having to manually go through multiple steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to build interconnected forms that calculate fantasy league scores and display them on a leaderboard. It's made creating a cohesive website super intuitive, and the AI helps manage everything easily.

Notion AI Is Wildly Helpful and Impressive

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The AI assistant is incredibly helpful. At first, I was only using Notion as a document hub/server for SOPs, but once we discovered the AI tools, it became wildly useful. Overall, the system is quite impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t identify any qualities about Notion that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has become our central hub for all tasks, SOPs, ordering, and more. We used to have everything spread across multiple platforms, but now we have one place where we can keep it all together.

Versatile, Yet Complex to Master

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything in Notion is interconnected, and it's easy to make associations between various types of resources. I also love the AI transcription feature for meetings. Additionally, being able to interrogate Notion for things that I need to be working on based on conversations I've had in meetings is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little complicated to get started. It's a little overwhelming, all of the things that you can do. And with the kind of free form nature of starting new pages or sections or whatnot, it is sometimes hard to know how to best structure data that you're trying to track. The biggest hurdle was just kinda learning the concepts. And I still can't say that I understand all the concepts at this point. So it was kinda difficult to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me a place to format implementation plans and collaborate. I like its interconnectedness, easy associations, AI transcription for meetings, and extracting data from conversations.
