Flexible and Well-Designed, But Needs More Features for Advanced Use
What do you like best about the product?
I think the design of Notion is really great, providing a visually appealing and user-friendly experience that enhances my work efficiency. Its design makes the platform enjoyable to use and easy to navigate, contributing to a better user experience overall. Additionally, I think it's pretty flexible, which allows me to adapt it to suit my specific needs and preferences in managing projects and taking notes. This flexibility helps me stay organized by keeping track of action items, issues, broader work plans, hiring and firing tables, and general notes, effectively using Notion as an operating system or cockpit for managing my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Notion is flexible, it often does not meet my expectations for flexibility. I find myself unable to accomplish certain tasks, such as building a table within another table. Additionally, I am unable to connect the AI meeting node features to my tables to report on meetings. The current AI features are not as advanced as I would like; they lack the ability to execute tasks in an agentic format based on recommendations. Additionally, tying information between tables or utilizing layouts other than the standard data table format is cumbersome. Lastly, I desire more visual creation abilities, such as a wireframe structure, to enhance usability.

Moreover, the integration with Google Calendar and Slack keeps me up to date with everything. Setting up Notion was easy, making it a seamless addition to my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion could record video during meetings as it's sometimes important to see presentations or the faces of speakers. Additionally, Notion struggles to accurately identify who is speaking based solely on voice, which can be problematic.

Unmatched Versatility and Features—The Ultimate All-in-One Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's core appeal is its Extremely High versatility and Number of Features, serving as an all-in-one digital workspace for notes, project management, and databases. This consolidation reduces context-switching and supports a Very High Frequency of Use among dedicated users.
However, this power comes at the cost of a significant learning curve and moderate Ease of Implementation. While basic functions are easy, building complex systems with relational databases and formulas requires time and effort. Using the vast Template Gallery helps accelerate the start.
Ease of Integration is moderate-to-high thanks to its API, allowing it to connect with other essential apps. Finally, Customer Support is considered moderate, relying heavily on its excellent Help Center and active community for troubleshooting advanced issues. Ultimately, Notion demands an upfront time investment that rewards users with a deeply customized, interconnected personal or team system.
Its super easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Steep Learning Curve and Complexity: Notion's flexibility means users often face a "blank canvas" dilemma. Mastering advanced features like relational databases, formulas, and complex filters requires a significant time investment, leading to "configuration fatigue" rather than immediate productivity.
Performance and Speed Issues: As workspaces grow and pages become complex, Notion can become noticeably slow and sluggish. Since the desktop and mobile apps often act as web wrappers, they lack the fast, responsive, and native feel of specialized applications, particularly frustrating for quick note-taking.
Weak Mobile and Offline Experience: The mobile app is frequently criticized for being clunky and slow, hindering quick capture. Furthermore, the offline mode is unreliable, requiring manual setup and failing to load entire databases when an internet connection is lost.
Limited Depth in Specialized Areas: While it does many things, Notion doesn't fully replace tools with deep functionality, such as the advanced reporting of dedicated project management software (e.g., Jira) or the robust calculation power of programs like Excel.

Centralized Ecosystem (Single Source of Truth): By providing an all-in-one workspace, Notion ensures all related data (tasks, notes, plans, resources) is interconnected and lives in one place. The benefit is instant context and reduced time wasted searching across platforms.
Custom Workflows and Scalability: Instead of forcing users into rigid systems, Notion allows users to build custom workflows using its linked databases and views (tables, Kanban, calendar). The benefit is a highly efficient system that perfectly matches the user's specific needs, leading to Digital Clarity and more time spent on actual work.

Centralized Management with Creative Freedom
What do you like best about the product?
I love the freedom that Notion offers, especially with the Business license we have, as it allows me to create infinite pages and unleash my imagination. The ability to create and share pages easily with our clients is invaluable, and publishing pages online is a great benefit for us. Additionally, I greatly value the large Notion community that provides templates, which makes the content creation process even easier. This flexibility and community support truly enrich our experience with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could integrate with more applications, like HubSpot. Also, the integration with GitHub disappoints me a bit. Although I understand that Notion is a database, I would like to be able to have customized views of GitHub projects within Notion to coordinate them better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize everything and I have the freedom to create and share pages online, which facilitates the management of products, sales, marketing, and human resources.
Dynamic Platform that Optimizes and Organizes
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion because it allows me to optimize my time and organize my ideas in an efficient and effective way. This platform is incredibly dynamic and extremely easy to handle, which helps me keep everything organized in one place, instead of having my ideas scattered across different platforms. The ability to customize the structure and use emojis to express feelings is especially attractive and useful for communicating with my followers. Indeed, I find Notion very comprehensive, which makes it easier for me to offer valuable content to my followers and help them in an accessible way. It is a tool with which I feel comfortable and that I enthusiastically recommend to everyone, so much so that I intend to become a Notion ambassador.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some difficulties with Notion, particularly with the learning curve. I feel that the starting process is a bit advanced for someone who is just beginning. I think it should be structured in a more basic way to facilitate initiation for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to optimize my time and organize my ideas, keeping everything in one place, which prevents dispersion across different platforms. It allows me to offer valuable content to my followers in a dynamic and easy way.
