I can't think of a downside for Notion but I will let you know if I find anything!

Notion helps me to create my cover letters and thank you letters for interviews the most at the moment.
Notion for just about everything
What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager, I use Notion for most of the documents. I find it easy to create well-organized content with more advanced UI than a standard word-processing doc would. Their AI feature also drastically improves the quality of my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion is a bit prescriptive on what you should do. I would appreciate some additional customization on databases and their views. In addition, some other header options (h4, h5, etc.) would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving document creation and organization. Working from a single platform with more functionality than standard word processors increases my efficiency and brings joy to my work.

Notion AI helps you not start from 0!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI helps give you a starting place that isn't from scratch. You can jumpstart your work and accelerate your outcomes by leveraging AI's helpful features and querying ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all AI, sometimes it isn't correct. Additionally, it uses the page as a context-setting mechanism. While I understand the importance of narrowing the scope of queries, if your task is too "broad", the AI can get confused and refuse to answer queries that seem unrelated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps give me a starting place that isn't clueless / at zero. The helps jumpstart my work and allows me to achieve greater and better results than without it.
A powerful tool that when used right can become your second brain.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the sandbox approach of the structure, in that there is a lot of freedom in the combinations and layouts you choose to organise things.
It keeps things engaging knowing there are multiple ways to achieve an organisational task.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently my biggest gripe with notion is that the AI feature is currently struggling to complete prompts, often saying the request is too large..
Other than this there is a steep learning curve to even know what blocks and features you can use to achieve your organisational goals.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me become almost completely paperless, and allow me to search my university notes or organise them logically for revision. I am also able to several years of my life organised and recoverable should I even want to see just what I was up to on a certain day.
Now with the AI feature, it has made thesis research and writing much more approachable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has a low entry barrier, however a lot of the powerful features do take some time to understand. First of all, from a conceptual perspective, new users may encounter new concepts that are not super easy to grasp. I'm still learning how to get the most out of the tool after a few years of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use notion to organize my own life.
- I need a place where I can see all the different categories of my life at a glance
- I'd like to take notes on the fly
- I'd like to easily arrange the notes, combine them, or change their properties
I also use notion my writing projects:
- I want to organize all my projects and their components in an easy to view way
- I want to quickly navigate between sections I'm working on
Something I'd like to have but notion doesn't provide:
- I'd like to see the word-count of my projects easily displayed as a property

Notion has helped me become more productive, organised, and achieve better results. It is a versatile and powerful tool that has allowed me to realise my potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is better suited for using on desktop. I wish that the app was more convenient, particularily the timetable, because it doesn't give as good of an overview as the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me collaborate with my teams, take notes, plan my schedule, keep track of my habits and to-do's. There is really to app that compares with notion in my opinion.
One place for all your personal and professional works
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration is much easier and has rich functionality that is enough to centralize tasks, note-taking, documentation and planning
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that easy to get started on Notion. Some functions are hard to find, it took some to learn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Notion as collaboration board that centralize all our ongoing and planned projects. And create knowledge base for new members
I feel superhuman
What do you like best about the product?
I still like it's user-friendly layout and extreme usability but the AI features have stolen the show - it turns me into a one-man team of 5.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to dislike but would love if they built some native Loom like features into it so I don't need to embed and switch between different tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm creating sales playbooks and training manuals for my new SDR team. I've been working pretty much async with them fo the past two months and wouldn't have been able to do it without Notion.
