Solid product for any size busness.
What do you like best about the product?
The AI. It is easy to use and saves me a ton of time. In most cases, is is very accurate, and the writing isn't too "robotic". Its just as good as other standalone AI products.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is going to sound incredibly knit-picky, and probably is, but it just doesn't look very friendly. The blank pages, black and white color scheme are kind of drab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way for us to keep track of our ongoing problems, and communicate internally and externally, and the AI tool has been a huge time saver. We've also been able to leverage Notion for in meeting notetaking.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have a lot of different types of data you can store and organize in Notion. From text content, to databases, code, attachments, etc

What do you dislike about the product?
When you have so much information there, it can sometimes be challenging to organize it and find it. I feel it's very "folder-based", and maybe having a stronger search could help.
I also found that the app that allows me to share content to Notion is a bit basic, so I always end up just sending the content to an Inbox folder and from there I classify the content periodically, so I have to do the work twice. Would be great if I could send the content directly to a database, and if more information was captured automatically (e.g. source site, author, published date, maybe even some keywords/tags, etc).
The AI content helper is also very useful for creating content-most of the time. Sometimes it's hard to prompt it to do exactly what I want it to do, and I've noticed at times that it just repeats the output. In those situations, I usually end up going to ChatGPT or Bard.

Overwhelmingly Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a very slick and fully online note-taking platform. This gives it the versatility to meet the demands of many different applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is so versatile, it can be a little overwhelming to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a podcaster, one of the most difficult things to consistently do is produce high quality episode notes. By asking Notion AI to analyze a transcript of our show, it gives me a great start on this task.
After a period of use, it suits my daily job as a mechanical engineer and AI made it better.

Notes are all organised in well built data structure. Note template is extremely helpful. AI module is powerful

Outstanding AI
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very customizable way to organize your entire life and it allows you to make calendars, databases, and write pages. The AI is much faster than ChatGPT and it is so easy to provide feedback to get a more detailed response.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view of database would be nice to have colored blocks instead of all white. Otherwise nothing is wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me organize my entire life and it allows me to be more productive and focus on actual tasks rather than taking my time to write a planner.
Excellent for business or personal use
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use! I had been using Apple Notes for various notes/lists/etc. It got out of hand quickly. Notion makes it super easy to categorize notes and keep things together in a seemless workflow. Also, love that I can easily use the desktop app or iphone app. I recently started using the Notion AI and like it far and above ChatGPT. Notion really makes my note-taking life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it prompts me to re-enter credentials (password, etc) and I have to go hunt for what that information is to proceed. Still not a bad tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of a wide variety of notes in a seemless and straightforward platform. I'm more productive and organized using this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to completely customise your own "second brain system" integration with gpt (notion ai), it allows me to create and organize my own knowledge base with the power of AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesn't have the ability for mind maps to the same extent as an app like Obsidian. how it is dependant on an internet connection. it could be easier to change fonts and text colour ext. also there aren't vertical dividers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
main note-taking and uni management personal "hub" helps me to organise my studies. helping me to organise all of my workouts with a template I made, helps me stay motivated at the gym. helps with keeping all my thoughts through the day with the notebook. also using it to track all the movies and tv shows I've watched this year.
Great App
What do you like best about the product?
It can do so much and the AI is geat. I find that my overall productivity has improved and I use it for everything. I have a business, I'm a screenwriter, and personal stuff. I think this is my favorite app ever. It's like Microsoft Office all in one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve. I really wish that there was more on how to use notion such as some fundamentals or tips. I currently rely on youtube for this information.

It's making my overall productivity much higher. I am able to organize things so much easier and make sure that I have all the relevant information at my fingertips across all my devices.
Obsessed with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love that your data can be manipulated in an almost infinite number of ways. Different views, different filters make it so easy to see everything you need
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't share specific views of databases with people, they have access to the whole thing. I also don't love that there's no offline version. It can also be very intimidating to someone who has never used it before, but I don't know how you fix that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with my writing with the AI assistant. Outlines, ideas, super helpful. I have an extensive knowledge base of all the insights from media I consume, which is incredibly useful. And all my projects and tasks are in there and I love that it's all one tool.
