Simple Knowledge Base
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been extremely helpful in ramping our new sales reps, especially since we're a remote organization.
We use the system as an internal wiki, which makes it easy for new team members to get up and running on the team's collective knowledge.

What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality isn't great, and many times I find myself downloading content or bookmarking so that I can more easily find what I'm looking for and avoid using the search bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating Team Playbook's and Developing New Onboarding Techniques
What do you like best about the product?
Notion gives us a place to collaborate and share ideas as a team creating a space where we can develop team knowledge and best practices. Our ability to create the amount of specified content has allowed us to grow over 100% as a company in the past 8 months. Teams who learn and share daily always become better as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is solid and there is not much to bag on here. The one area that I think could be upgraded quickly is the UI, right now it seems very old and does not look totally appealing. The functionality is great, at the same time, it looks low quality in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the knowledge gap between new hires and those who have been with the company for many years. Then it also bridges the gap from upper and lower management and the individuals who make up each team as well. Extremely helpful in the ability to teach and allow us to share our best practices.
Welcome to your new Organised Brain
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can organize my data the way it makes sense to me a not some developer's belief of how data is organized in your database. It is so flexible that you can view your database in multiple views after you have placed it in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very clunky on a mobile phone. It's slow and a bit hard to use. And also I do not like that you can't use it offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my Digital Notes the way I want them to be organized the way they make sense to me. Not all brains make sense of data the same way. Especially data (Notes) you have generated.
Much more than a note taking tool....
What do you like best about the product?
limitless customization options, well-crafted pre-existing templates simplify work to a great extent, minimum restrictions for a free user, option to reference another page or a person using @, documents look great even with minimal styling options, the inclusion of media in pages, multiple export options(pdf, HTML, CSV), search results show breadcrumb trail, allowing users to merge personal tasks with work-related tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
pre-determined font size which cant be manually changed, extensions(.pdf, .html) need to be manually typed during export, takes time to set up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of things is easy(which books i read, which tasks are incomplete etc.), good typography leads to clean UI, templates are of great help, efficiency increases
Great for Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface with multiple options to collaborate on realtime. I have been using it for my professional as well as personal task management everyday. With multiple option like Note taking, Journal entries, To-Do list and Reading list it provides with all round management options. Also, I love the Dark theme in the application. Integration with apps like Evernote allows me to use it more efficiently. In short I love it. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, but I think it would be good if we had a few more options like a Pomododo Timer, habit tracker, reminder with Push notifications for web, Mac and android application. I think adding these could make it an all round package in itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it a professional and personal task management tool everyday. I use it to take notes and make Journal entries. Its my go to place whenever I need to take a note of something or trach my to-do tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please add more features like Pomodoro, habit tracker and push notifications for tasks reminders.
Best app for journaling, tracking, and planning
What do you like best about the product?
That I can hold everything I need for work and personal. I keep templates, swipe files, resources, client notes from all my meetings, track my habits, routines, etc. And it's been the easiest app I can move around through and find what I need quickly. The search function, customizable layout, and sorting feature all help me find things much faster than other apps.
I also love how it works as a beautiful digital journal if you put in the time and effort to create it. You can journal and save each day, each week, and each month. I've also used it for goal-setting and planning out how exactly I'm going to carry out said goals.
Because I felt late in the Notion game, I loved that others could share their Notion templates as well. I like personalization, but didn't want to have to start from scratch, especially with all the great Notion templates already out there.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are few but I'd probably say it can get complicated when trying to use tables to their fullest potential. I use them but I keep it simple for the most part. That being said, I attempted to use an alternative in AirTable and found that since I was in notion so much it didn't make sense, so I've been using the tables more over there (in Notion).
I have also taken a slight issue with the notification feature. It works, but I wish there were more options overall on when and how you would want to be alerted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving a problem I had in always having to scout for something a client said or for information for projects. The benefits is that I save tons of time and work flows more smoothly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If someone is wondering what Notion can do for them, I'd tell them imagine a revamped version of Evernote. In my humble opinion, Notion does a better job with layout.
Build yourself a second brain!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility. You can build anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page link icons are redundant (arrow and paper).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is where I store all my notes and journal entries and plan my YouTube videos.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's no question. Notion is a once-in-a-lifetime app, and it blows every other Wiki app out of the water with its flexibility and feature set.
Our first all-inclusive task management system
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the functionality almost exactly how we want it is what I like the best about Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the complexity and amount of time it takes to learn the software fully, although I understand that's what makes Notion so versatile and holistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been putting ALL of our tasks and projects (across the entire organization) inside Notion, so each employee can easily get dashboard views of everything going on in the company and have a bead on what each team member is working on.
Bye Evernote! Hello notion! This app runs my life now
What do you like best about the product?
By far my favorite thing about Notion is how customizable it is. Even at the free personal tier, I don't see the majority if individuals needing to expand to the paid version. Any time a product can give so much value at the FREE level, means they're in it for the long haul and they're the real deal.
You also have this VERY ACTIVE community of Notioners that share their own databases. I don't know of anything else that has this kind of crowd that drives the innovation of the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion works in "blocks" so this can make copy and pasting a little tricky. You can't just copy a whole entry and paste it into google docs or an email with out having to fix it on the paste side of things. Small issue but not that big of a deal for everything else that this app has to offer.
My suggestion would be to offer a copy feature similar to the one in Bear.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track everything in Notion. I organize my "personal life documents" and my professional workload in here. The ability to easily link between pages and tables makes this such a versatile tool for anyone trying to keep their life together

Do it now!
As a former Evernote power-user Notion really knocked it out of the park. There's a Notion database for everything.
