The perfect personal assistant
What do you like best about the product?
They literally made notion the best platform for everything business related. Here is where i have all procedures, frameworks, documentation and everything in between. It is where we create content, organize leads, close deal and manage project.
By implementing AI into the equation. They just made 10x more productive than before.

What do you dislike about the product?
It will be better if the ai feature have internet access.
The other thing that bothers me is when working with big amounts of data. The AI just stops working. It says that the body cobtent is way too big. I understand that the ai haves limitation into how much data it can handle. But it also happens when asking common task like, develop a spread sheet. And it just cant because the page you are working one haves to much info. Dude im not asking to create an essay about the whole page. Just make a table.

I like that through a series of prompts, I can improve my writing.

There have been a few down times when Notion has been unavailable.

When I have been writing for a while, I get writers block and I can then ask AI for what I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love its comprehensive and customisable features, from the vast selection of properties and database views to icons and colours. It's also fantastic on all of my devices. Plus! They are constantly pushing out new features and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to say the learning curve is pretty steep — I know of people who tried to get started and gave up. As a long-time user, I wish the exported pdf documents looked as good as it does in-app. I would also love the option of changing the font size (currently, it's between 'small' and 'smaller').
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Notion to brainstorm, organise my thoughts, and collect research links in one place. Its integration and compatibility with other apps like Chrome have improved my productivity. I find myself going back to Notion time and time again for all of my notetaking needs.

I use Notion every day to organize my daily life and my studies. It is invaluable. The new AI features allow me to quickly brainstorm new website ideas, content ideas and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion does not have a Linux application. This keeps me from using it on my Linux machines. Unfortunately I believe it should have a native app for Linux.

I need consistent aid brainstorming new content for essays, research papers and more. The AI features are done so seamlessly. It's very easy.

Makes repurposing content a dream
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using Notion AI, I had to creatively re-write content for each platform. Making sure my paid content was much richer than the free social media content. It took so much more time, and organizing it all was a nightmare. Since I started using Notion the process is so much quicker, and saves me a great deal of brainpower.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I have been using Notion for awhile, I'm still confused over some of it's functioning. I really feel like I'm missing out on some of it's biggest benefits because i just dont' know HOW to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me one place to keep track of my to-do list. It also gives me the power of taking one piece of content and repurposing it into several using the AI assistant. Asking it to take my writing and turn it into lists, suggestions, or summarized versions that are great for social media posts saves me hours and hours each week.

I dislike mainly the idea that the AI feature you need to pay for whilst the CHATGPT online is free. You should make the AI free and more open to answer any question with no limits

Notion AI is a game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about Notion is the ability to create an integrated database readily accessible on the cloud. The addition of Notion AI has also helped my workflow and productivity a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that for some features, it still relies on third-party applications such as creating graphs.

It's an amazing enviroment to keep track of everything, from business, life, hobbies eg.

there is really nothing i dislike. if I have to think of the only time I had some dificulties was I once tried to draw a scetch and there is no direct scetch drawing tool but only a payed extention

Simplifies my life. I can be creative and focus on my business and also be organise my personal life
Notion is my absolute favorite tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is a way to centralize and organize my work and access other teammates' projects as well. I love how many formatting and embedding options there are, so I can craft beautiful, easily navigable pages. I use it for everything—from building OKRs (templates are clutch for this) to writing PRDs to managing our social media calendar. There's very little Notion can't do!
With the addition of Notion AI, it's easier than ever to showcase my work in the best possible light. Just to test it out, I asked it to write a B2B marketing strategy for me, and while it didn't come up with anything groundbreaking, it delivered a pretty solid result in a matter of seconds.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would do literally everything in Notion if there was a "suggested editing" feature that allowed me to work collaboratively on copy and content. Unfortunately, I still have to use gDocs for longer-form pieces.
The permissions on certain pages and workspaces can also be clunky/not intuitive.
Notion AI has a ton of potential and has produced some impressive results thus far, but it still has a ways to go to catch up with OpenAI/ChatGPT.

Notion helps me create a central hub for my work and lets me organize it in a way that is highly intuitive, not only for my own reference but for that of my peers and stakeholders. I love how easy it is to embed links, images, and files from other tools (e.g., Google Docs and Slides, Mixpanel, etc.) to create a much fuller, more complete view of my work.
