It takes time to get used to it but after that its good

lots of possibilities, i like the idea of having different blocks

it can be very hard to get the hang of it, i wish there was training provided

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using notion to plan lessons and create resources on topics. I have found the AI speeds up this process by generating content to aide in my delivery. Using the explain feature I can take complex terms and simplify them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of variation in the responces provided. I have suggested a collegue trys the AI features and he gets exactly the same responce as me to each prompt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When planning lessons and creating resources for computer scinece lessons, Notion AI helps expand upon the specification points. It allows me to quickly generate explinations of complex topics.

What do you like best about the product?
I was new to Notion but found it easy to pick up. I like the AI writing feature and it's generally very useful for writing reports and organising work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit cluttered, with a lot of time being needed to organise and compile Notion pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves workflow, makes productivity better, and is a useful tool for communicating across teams and to clients.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewording communications to the tone, style, and length I desire. Document library for the whole business, one location for all the answers. Assigning ownership of task.

What do you like best about the product?
the experience, the UI, the versatility, file collecting and information, you can find creative ways to like writing something.... compared to drive is cooler but still missing some of drive's utilities
What do you dislike about the product?
demanding in learning how to use it properly, lot of time thins are just left in a "sketch" format so maybe a "sketch page setup button" would be useful, not saying there isn't one but I haven't look for it

helps me brainstorm and read easier, haven't realized any benefit yet, most of the projects are still unfinished, I don't know if I'm more productive , and I don't know, it's still a new business

I need to click on/ back to the menu, everytime I want to open other pages.

Notion for work and life
What do you like best about the product?
The tools within Notion are such that I can run an ever demanding Operation department during my work day but also plan my life outside of that. The addition of AI feels like I have an assitant working for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Notion. I wish I had more time to explore the breathe of tools.

It is helping us move away from mutiple document and spreadsheets to on knowledge base and source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
I Ask AI to improve writing and change tone quite often. It makes me feel more comfortable sending work emails and presentations. I use it as my own editor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would rearrange my long writing in a more cohesive way. I would also like a way to evaluate what I have written and dissect what is good or confusing, ways to improve. Maybe a 1-5 rating system. I would also like when I ask to improve writing, if no changes are needed it would say that.

Improves my writing and gives me more confidence when I have to send emails to colleagues.

As a startup, I find Notion's initial learning curve a bit steep, which can be daunting for new users. Additionally, the lack of offline access limits productivity during intermittent connectivity. Although Notion offers a versatile workspace, a more user-friendly onboarding process and offline functionality would enhance the overall experience.
