Centralized Efficiency with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both professional and personal tasks. I really like the user interface; it's clean, intuitive, and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if databases had more capabilities to facilitate cross-sharing of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize all my information, organizing documents for different accounts in my work as a Customer Success Manager. It helps me digest and find information easily, and I also effectively organize notes for my personal studies.
Flexible, User-Friendly, but AI Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's flexibility. I can create pretty documents and also get technical with tables and formulas. Compared to Google Docs, I appreciate that I can not only create a document but also have a table embedded within it that is flexible and easily customizable. This makes Notion enjoyable for showing clients progress. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI is not worth the cost. It's very basic for a paid feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for tracking deliverables, project management, and assigning tasks to external stakeholders.
Simple and multifunctional, but heavy on smartphones.

I like the fact that the design is simple and sophisticated. Additionally, it's convenient to utilize Notion AI to generate various use cases from existing data. For example, you can consolidate all pages related to a project and have Notion AI constantly report the latest information on the project's current status.

The page has a lot of information, which makes it heavy, and overall, it can be cumbersome to operate on a smartphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion can be used for both managing meeting minutes and creating documents, and it is also convenient for purposes other than data storage.
Exceptional Organization, Small Adjustments Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Notion can be a kind of encyclopedia for my company. Additionally, I found the initial setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that, despite having the application on Windows, if someone sends me a link via Slack, it redirects to the browser instead of the application directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps with the organization and central management of data, functioning as an encyclopedia for my company.
User-Friendly and Customizable, Perfect for Personal and Business Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is easy to work with, even for someone who isn't very tech-savvy. It makes it easy to set up databases, trackers, and communication, which keeps me organized. I was able to customize it by adding necessary columns and setting up functions like dropdowns, checkboxes, and progress bars. I appreciate the option to create my own page about me and my business that I can share. Notion also offers a free meeting with a Notion expert, which I'm looking forward to taking advantage of to learn more. I find its easy-to-use interface helpful for setting up and referring back to the three databases I've created for various projects, allowing me to stay on track. Additionally, I like that I have it connected to Claude, so Claude can add and create items in Notion for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used the AI feature much. The few times I have tried, it is still lacking what others offer.

Notion keeps me organized both personally and professionally. It helps me track goals, organize tasks and meetings, and record meeting notes for easy reference, enhancing my productivity.
Clean UI and Efficient AI Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how clean the UI is in Notion, making it user-friendly when writing out process documents. The Notion AI is great; it builds out pages, templates, flowcharts, and even org charts for me, which cuts down on the time I have to spend on admin work. The ability to bullet point and then condense information using the toggle button keeps the content digestible and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the one thing that might be helpful for me is being able to see the pages I visited before. Sometimes I forget to add them to favorites, and then I have to go back through my browser history to find them. If there was a way to see previous Notion pages, that would be helpful for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Notion AI builds templates and flowcharts for me, making the interface clean and user-friendly. It organizes content with toggle buttons, making it digestible and interactive. Notion AI saves me time on admin work and creating flowcharts.

What do you like best about the product?
The operation is intuitive and easy to handle. Once you understand the concept of a database, you will be able to accumulate and organize various information much more efficiently than before, both at work and in private.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I tried to recommend this app to people around me, I felt it was difficult to effectively convey the difference when asked, "How is it different from a regular notepad app?" unless I had a certain understanding of the database mechanism.

Tasks, ideas, notes, and meeting minutes were scattered everywhere and couldn't be searched, but now they can be centrally managed.

I’ve been using Notion for a while now, and it has completely transformed the way I manage my life and work. What makes it stand out is that it’s a true all-in-one workspace. Before Notion, I had to jump between different apps for note-taking, task management, and databases. Now, everything is seamlessly integrated into a single platform, which has significantly boosted my productivity.
The biggest draw for me is its incredible flexibility. Using its "block" system, I can build and customize my pages exactly the way I want. I’ve been using Notion and I love how intuitive it is, but there is one specific feature I’m missing: the ability to lock primary keys in a database. Currently, there’s no way to prevent the values in the "Name" or primary property from being accidentally edited. I really wish Notion would implement a feature to disable editing for specific key values once they are set. Having a "read-only" toggle for unique identifiers would make the database much more reliable and prevent human error when managing large sets of data.
