What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Notion AI for its exceptional ability to summarize information efficiently, which saves me a lot of time by automating action items. Its capability to access, retrieve, and perform complex tasks, including handling attachments, makes my life significantly easier as a Project Coordinator. Notion AI stands out as one of the most capable AI agents I have used across various project management tools. Additionally, I find Notion Calendar's interface to be particularly user-friendly, and it integrates seamlessly, surpassing even Google and Outlook in terms of usability. The ease of initial setup for Notion was also commendable for all team members, reflecting great usability and accessibility. Overall, these features enhance my productivity and streamline my workflow, making Notion an indispensable tool for project and remote work task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could improve on its workflow automation capabilities. I would like to see features similar to ServiceNow's, such as the ability to create form views and automate workflows based on those forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion streamlines my project management and remote work task management by automating action items, simplifying task tracking, and providing a user-friendly interface. Notion AI efficiently summarizes information and integrates well with calendars, significantly enhancing my workflow as a Project Coordinator.

Simplicity and ease of use, along with how easy it is to collaborate with colleagues and work on documents and projects in tandem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things (knowledge, plans, etc.) get 'lost' in old notion pages or documents if you're not careful with organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes project planning very easy, with timelines and project layouts made simple. It also makes cross-team collaboration easy and simple to track project health.
Intuitive and Simple to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy and intuitive to use, it's simple and functional
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, it would be better if it supported a wider range of integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using notion as a knowledge base, and it is solving the issue of having a place for all knowledge. But it is kinda of messy and the search is not very good.
Easy Access and Audio Recording Make It a Great Confluence Alternative
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is easy to access all of the different pages and that it can record meetings using audio. This product is really good replacement for confluence. The fact that you can creat Gant charts is useful to PMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI isn’t the greatest, and it misspells words or will create assumptions based on audio for meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to have one page similar to confluence that will allow for all teams to collaborate efficiently and to get updates quickly, as well as taking meeting notes that everybody can collaborate on.

At the moment, I really enjoy everything Notion offers and find it extremely helpful.

As someone with ADHD, I find it really helpful to have everything organized in one place. It allows me to keep track of my notes, planner, and to-do list all together, which makes managing my daily tasks much easier.

I greatly love the feature of Notion that allows me to sort my daily tasks by priority. It helps me organize my work efficiently and increase my productivity. Additionally, I appreciate Notion's ability to record my important meetings, which allows me to make a quick summary. This feature is particularly useful for keeping track of important discussions with clients or colleagues. By using Notion, I notice an improvement in my speed of action and better management of my tasks. The integration of Notion with my other tools also went smoothly, as it was easy to approve with the help of our IT system.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is completely customizable, allowing me to create setups as simple or as complex as I desire. This flexibility means I don't have to rely on multiple apps, as I can tailor Notion to suit both my work and personal management needs, especially for calendar organizing and time management. I also appreciate how quickly I was able to set up Notion. It took just a few minutes to create my initial pages, and from there, I've been able to progressively learn and develop more intricate pages. Integrating Notion with my Google Calendar is another feature I find quite beneficial, enhancing my work organization. Overall, these aspects make Notion a highly valuable tool for me, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The linking of different graphs and databases in Notion can be tricky at times, which can cause some difficulties in effectively organizing and interrelating information the way I need. Additionally, there seems to be some lack of visual creativity within Notion, which can make designing visually appealing pages or databases challenging.

I use Notion for calendar organizing, time management, and creating consistency. Its flexibility allows me to design setups as simple or complex as needed, avoiding multiple apps and streamlining my personal and work management.
The Capabilities of Notion and How it Works for Me
What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to navigate and I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot create notes by hand and I would like to, although I am satisfied with it. Sometimes when I'm using notion offline, it won't save some of my notes nor will it have a backup when I get back online.

Notion helps me take note of the notes and procedures I need for work.

I have a lot of meetings and it can be quite challenging keeping up with meeting notes. AI meeting notes helps me focus on the meetings while obtaining a detailed summary at the end.
