Our Team uses Notion for our internal company wiki. Easy to navigate, collaborate, and keep historical records.
Notion's UI makes it easy to navigate the platform and can be picked up by the most novice of users.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could adjust the alignment for text. It would help with the appearance and page design.
I also would like it if we could share pages and have a report of who completed reading the doc. It would immensely help with the visibility of meetings and published internal docs

Ease of publishing internal wiki documents and documentation in general.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like is the ability to connect databases and have multiple view options so I can be very creative in building my spaces.
And also the fact that I can invite an unlimited number of clients.

I don't like the fact that I don't understand very clearly the differences between guests, members and so on.

Thanks to Notion I can bring all my clients in the same space and build complex spaces

Flexible to set up your own notes structure, great user and sharing management, plenty of embedding options of other tools such as the whole google suite, videos...

To be honest, notion is very great. There are some smaller things which could be different such as shortcuts, but these are personal concerns and not really a dislike criteria

Documentation, Sharing information in the company, collaboration, connecting all the tools together you use at the same time.
Easy (ish) to use and make great looking and helpful docs and pages

easy to use blocks e.g quote/ embed PDFs etc

at times can be complex and I find the databases/ tables can be a bit too inflexible

We use Notion for a range of knowledge hubs/ working documents and central info sharing .
Say goodbye to JIRA, Confluence and Trello...

It combines everything i would use JIRA, Trello or confluence for, into one super user friendly tool!

There's a lot of functionality in Notion which I still don't know of, or how to use.

Carrying out discovery, collaborating with stakeholders, tracking OKRs, documenting customer research.
Great tool for productivity and small companies, great UX. Young but much potential
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is excellent and smooth, with not many bugs and apps for PCs and phones with all major OSs supported. Sync between devices is fast and reliable and allows you to focus on what matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not that great. Customer-facing direct support, in my experience, has always been entirely useless, and the engineers you refer to afterwards are slightly more helpful. Still, they do not really provide solutions; they often say, "they will implement this or that feature in the future", and then that feature is never heard of again. Notion risks jumping into the Twitter model...

Notion helps me keep track of my progress, objectives, sales, and whether I am hitting the goals I impose on myself every week. This is crucial for my job and helps me be more time efficient.
The best software for project and knowledge management
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the software and the clean design. Databases in particular are an amazing feature, and being able to view them in different ways is game-changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before it was a bit slow, but they have made great progress in performance. So nothing to dislike right now.

Project-management and knowledge organization (procedures, resources, assets...)

What do you like best about the product?
I totally adore UX and UI, that make usage very pleasant and easy. But it's of course no the bast part. Best part is API and possibility to automate most parts inside notion. I like notion databases and module system with template and other stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like bugs; they happen to me pretty often cause I use notion very much. I don't likesome architectural limitation and that custom workflows cannot be as user-friendly as native
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for knowledge management and task management. Both personally and professionally. I use it to easily manage data from other applications with API. It really powers all my workflows.
If you need a project management application with plenty of customization, Notion takes the cake!
What do you like best about the product?
The customization Notion allows on my project boards makes my life a lot easier when it comes to keeping items on track in the pipeline no matter if it is a new product, website fixes, or internal notes for the team. It can all live in Notion!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I have issues dragging and dropping files into my notion cards. I know this sounds petty but when it comes to saving money, saving time is key. When these issues arise, Notion's support team is able to get me back up and running very quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Notion allows us to solve is having multiple functions of our business live all in one place and on top of that, we can give access to any user who needs to view. Without Notion, we would have to use multiple applications and it would be much more hectic.
