I use Notion to organise everything.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to organise everything and put everything in order. Notion is very helpful in organising notes from different lectures or courses, and I can carry all these notes everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Notion very much, you can organise your notes there, except it takes a long time to open the mobile app. It would be great if there was a quick notes function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps to organise all my notes so that I can put the courses and lecture notes in these years onto Notion. I can use the knowledge whenever I want, it helps a lot with my research and work.
Notion is truly an all in one productivity tool for both personal and professional use
What do you like best about the product?
I love notion's powerful database -- you can create a variety of content and sync them so that updates in one area automatically reflect in all other areas where the blocks are synced. The tool's drag-and-drop interface, when combined with the ability to add different types of content, makes it super simple to incorporate into many workflows. I appreciate the flexibility the tool offers in terms of adding custom key words for tracking, adding team mates for collaboration, or setting due dates. Plus, I have full control over pages that I want to keep private /share with team or share with the whole org.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd appreciate auto-completion of sentences, much like what Google Doc currently offers. I'd also appreciate options to make edits /add suggestions to make this a tool that lends itself to marketing teams that are constantly editing copy.
Notion's search feature needs improvement. I'd also appreciate more templates and a robust mobile app experience -- I know the company has made strides when it comes to updating its mobile app, but there's definitely a ton of room for improvement on that front.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion serves as a singular source of truth for project management and timelines in the company -- I appreciate that information is accessible, transparent and easy to locate.
There was a pre- and post-Notion way of working
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to take notes, but I especially like the fact that you can easily link documents and tables from different pages, so you're not limited to a linear way of storing your notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion doesn't replace your "to-do" list and it takes a bit to become fully familiar with all the different functions Notion has. Other than that, I can definitely recommend it. The support in general is very helpful in case something happened
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing and reviewing information in a business setting is always important. Notion plays a large part in the way we collaborate in our remote company.
Great for Wiki and Team Notes
What do you like best about the product?
We love the collaboration aspect of working with Notion. We use it on a daily basis to make sure we're all on the same page, which is crucial for a remote company like us at Mayan.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small feature is the fact that you can't right-click into a new tab, though you can through a keyboard shortcut. Some table features could also be improved to be more like Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work asynchronously and share meeting notes across the team. Some of the features are useful to aggregate notes and best represent our ideas and comments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and flexibility to adapt, composing databases with new needs. It's clear how the flexibility aligned with the API consumption has made a big difference in how we integrate our whole ecosystem of information and flow of information.

Notion is theone-stop shop for team coordination and creativity.
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see Notion implement Google drive connectivity without Zapier or plugins.
We have a lot of databases that live in Google drive, it would be grand to be able to simply point to source data.
Additionally, would love to see the MERGE CSV functionality be able to remove duplicate entries.
All of the above apply.
Would also like to see AI as a native function rather than an upgrade.

Cross department coordination, including planning stages handing off to dev and execution teams.
Versatile and flexible tool for perfectionists
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion is you can create as many databases you want and create links to connect them. That's why you can create any kind of business application with Notion: CRM, Helpdesk, Knowledge Base and hundreds more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a bit complex to handle. I noticed people in my team had problems using Notion because of the vast amount of flexibility and possibilities Notion provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started using Notion for keeping track of my hobbies. Today I use it as CRM, run my client portals on it and track costs and Cloud Apps with Notion. I plan to run project management on Notion soon.
Notion is by far the best organizational tool in my life.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create different pages. I have so my on my plate, but it's easy for me to separate my personal and work life using Notion. I stay organized when all of this information is out of my head. I can think much more clearly and stay pretty calm without worrying if I am missing something.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I dislike about Notion. However, one suggestion that I have is adding significantly more templates. Sometimes I get overwhelmed by the idea of creating a new list or page. I'm not ever sure what the best way to go about it is. But using the templates, I find it easy and convenient just to plug in my info. So if there were more templates, I feel like I that would enhance my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everyone in the company on the same page. While making calls, we can input a lot of information into Notion so that there is minimal need for back and forth, giving us more time to be productive.
