Notion is great
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamlessly it syncs my notes between web/computer/phone and all the options for formatting/inlining databases, etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like everything about it, only tiny qualm is that I wish I could reference other fields or rows in a database. Similar to how a spreadsheet might work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation for my company, personal notes syncing. I use it for all kinds of stuff like logging my vehicle service or sharing notes with co-workers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's no-code nature is the best feature. I like how notion workspaces are like a big lego project, and it lets me build my platform the way I want according to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is native web-browser, it isn't the most compatible in its apps. Furthermore, it is online only. I would like to view my workspace even if I am offline. These need to be resolved.

super versatile platform, with a strong support team

you can start with a blank page, or use a template. they're always rolling out updates. it's a platform that works for any team or task. it has extensive integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
while there are a wide range of features, a lot of them are half finished. e.g. relations and rollups lack enough functionality to actually be useful. no offline mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's acting as a project management platform for engineering. it maintains our action items, meeting minutes, order tracking, reference guides, and more. It's nice having it all on one service rather than spread across 5

What do you like best about the product?
Every body can use it. It's really friendly user and my clients can follow up on realtime their accounts, and even look the documents related to them. The alarms help my team to keep track of every task, and the organization with pages make everything super organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't upload several files at the same time, and you can formulate inside pages but not with the total sums of each column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize all the information about my clients, make them easy to access their information, and make really simple for me to assign tasks and for my team to keep tracking and make everything on time.

For first-time users, it may be difficult to expand and use various functions. It takes time to get used to. But once you get used to it, it is an indispensable item.

One thing I would like to see Notion do better is to create a "tutorial" for new users.
While Notion is multifunctional and can do just about anything, those who are just starting out will find themselves in a state of "I don't know what to touch," and in the worst case scenario, they will dislike it and stop using it. This can be seen in the reactions on Twitter in Japan.
I would also like to see notifications in the tool when new features are updated.
The update information is very helpful for Notion users, but it is very confusing. At the very least, it would be nice if there was a pop-up window in the lower right corner of the Notion screen with the update information. on the bottom right of the Notion screen.

Still nothing I don't like about Notion. The solution and the support team will meet all my needs until today.

With Notion I can keep every detail of my project recorded in the best way, it is possible to use dozens of different ways to make a record and this makes the tool very adaptable to different teams and projects. It's the best agile project management tool I've ever worked with. I kept the team connected and focused on the project goals.
