Necessary if you want to keep an order on your daily habits, work and everything
What do you like best about the product?
The best is that you can use Notion for lists, work, daily habits, study, and more. Therefore, if you learn how to use Notion at an advanced level, you can create templates as you wish

When you start using Notion, you can use basic templates, but there are many things to do, and it is hard to choose. And if you want to create custom templates, it is tough to start from scratch

Notion helps me to keep my day organized, and it helps my team, too. I can easily create lists of everything I do or want to do and keeping a follow-up to all of them

It's really easy to set up and add resources that we can turn into a public pacing resources page. The flexibility of it is really great and I like the introduction of the dependent tasks which makes it our new task manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could embed the public pages on your site rather than just having a re-direct. It would add more consistency to the brand but I can understand why this isn't an option/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issues we were facing with our old system of task and project management systems. Now we can have our tasks and projects linked to the relevant documents and meetings which helps our decision-making process.

I love that with Notion you can segment and manage information very easily, at a general level, in addition to being able to manage it, search for information regardless of the depth or how extensive the documentation is, it will be very easy to find it, as well as being able to easily manage tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, although Notion is a robust tool, I consider that it is not as visual or intuitive as it can be in other cases, making the learning curve somewhat complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It happens that we need to store guides, articles, and other information of interest for the corporation in general, as through this we can document administrative processes. Notion helps us to do this easily.

Databases are the best things about Notions. Personalisation is another of the fantastic tools Notion gives you.

The fact is not really aesthetically pleasant. It's very difficult to make it nice and colourful.

It is very useful for any type of company, whether it is very large or small, as it allows you to record information in a huge database and indicate who can or cannot access that information.

I have come across some external links that require permission to access. It would be great if Notion required including a contact email to communicate in case we cannot access the information registered there (only with password-protected or private files).

Allows having all the company's information, projects, attachments for each one, and the current status in one place, as well as creating tasks and tracking them based on an assigned responsible person.

All the information is centralized, the entire organization can find relevant information through the search engine without needing to consult someone else. Help, links, and images can be included to guide the reader, and it can be parameterized so that only certain people have access or edit certain files.

There really isn't anything I've identified that I don't like, perhaps a kind of tour is missing to better understand the functions, but as you use it, it becomes much easier.

Sometime, I want to turn some contents into a brainstorming mindmap, but it couldn't! Also, I really want Notion to have the repeat feature, like I schedule something for daily or weekly, and it'll pop up every day or every week, which could help me keep track of my habits with effortless!
