Lexical cohesion using AI interface
What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the opportunity to try out Notion AI to improve my writing, and I found it quite helpful. This tool uses advanced artificial intelligence to analyse and interpret text, and one of its key features is improving written content's lexical cohesion.
Notion AI suggests changes that enhance my writing flow by improving the relationship between words and phrases that connect ideas within a text. This process of lexical cohesion can include rephrasing sentences, using synonyms or related terms, and other adjustments to improve the clarity and coherence of the writing.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main issues I had with Notion AI was that its suggested changes often resulted in stilted sentences. The use of synonyms or related words at times, did not fit well within the context of the sentence or paragraph and did not improve the clarity or flow of the writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is easy to use, straightforward, and a valuable tool for a busy working mother like me. I like the ability to highlight large amounts of text to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any dislikes with Notion at the moment.

Great tool for non-native speaker
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the navigation without unnessasery design elements or animation
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with images feels a bit limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Worktime: Being non-native speaker i'm checking if my emails are correct. Task management, Writing down notes at the meetings.

Notion is great for keeping things organized in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
As a freelancer, I handle multiple clients at once and it's so helpful being able to have everything all in one place including content calendars, documents, notes, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get to know and learn. It's definitely not beginner-friendly, but after a while, you'll start to piece it all together and realize how easy it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love using the AI function in Notion. I get a lot of writer's block when writing for my clients so using the built-in AI is convenient if I want to get the ball rolling. I also plug in any pieces I've written, whether it be copywriting, emails, etc to improve the quality of the piece.
Easy, Intuitive, Well-Designed
What do you like best about the product?
I originally signed up for Notion to try the AI function. I'm enjoying using the AI assistance, but I also love the intuitive design of Notion as a whole
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have any major complaints. My side bar is looking a bit messy with all of my new docs, but I haven't yet explored how to organize these better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Notion as a writing assistant to help generate ideas, tighten up my writing, and ideate as I go.

1. it can be overly complicated and would be better if features were explained better
2. it can be annoying to find pages, so a more efficient search tool for pages would be great, such as feature to take you to recent pages.
3. on the windows desktop app I have found that I can only use it in full screen mode, this is really quite annoying because I can only use the online version - nevertheless this may me a problem with my laptop and not notion!
4. a feature to change the default font would be nice

all of my resources are in one place, I don't loose track of things anymore, it also allows me to leavve things unfinished and come back to them. Lastly, I never forget to do a task
Notion has changed my life as a university student
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is able to structure and provide extreme amounts of easy organization to your life, business or in my case, for my courses in university.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have about notion that prevents me from using it for everything, is there is no current way to draw within the app. I use an iPad with an apple pencil for drawing chemicals for organic chemistry, but since notion doesn't support this drawing feature, it means I have to go to other apps and try to take a screenshot of it and move it into notion that way. Which is very dissapointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is able to allow me to study in a way I never have been able to do before. I am able to set up a page for each coarse as a template and in addition, create toggleable icons that can allow me to study by asking myself questions before the answer is revealed. For example a toggle box might ask myself what cell membranes are composed of. I can think about it in my head and then reveal the answer. This takes studying to another level.

Notion helps me to organise my work. i am a writer and without Notion I can't not imagine how to keep and organizr all my files snd writing. Notion AI upgrade my work to another level
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time it run quite slow when i change from English to Vietnamese and I have to turn it off and restart again. Other than that I'm happy with Notion and still use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me research and write draft. Help me create social post and help me write as well. Sometimes i was out of ideas to write and Notion AI help me with that. Wonderful assistant!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for school. Notion AI is extremely useful for summarizing documents and generating potential test questions to help quiz myself. It is more powerful than using ChatGPT alone because it uses context within the document. I have told many of my peers at Cornell University about it
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI sometimes randomly does not answer and I get a frozen dialogue box in the corner. The error often persists after reboot which leads me to believe that it is a problem when calling the API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize. At Cornell University, I am currently taking 23 credits which is well above the median courseload. I am in a situation where this is necessary and Notion has made achieving this much easier

It allows me to have a great flexibility in ways to organize my information. I really like the database function.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes updates were implemented before any announcement. For example, one time some changes were implemented for the sub-tasks in database, which cause a lot troubles with my fomular. I would like a headup before updates like this is implemented.

I'm a phd student. I use notion to manage my personal tasks, organize documents and track progress for research projects with team members and use AI to help me wrtie my first draft of paper.
