Many features but not deep features
What do you like best about the product?
The best document collaboration tool that allows a team to share and co-author the same document from anywhere online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to batch replace specific phrases in detailed content that matches the title in the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can consolidate the various work tools you have been using into one, Notion.
The notion makes changing my team's workflow. Simple words make great data with Notion.
What do you like best about the product?
links everything. Being able to collect all types of data in one place is the best advantage. Also, the search function is great, so you don't have to worry about how to name your files anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need a graph that can summarize some tables. It is difficult to export content to PDF. Often I have to copy content from Notion and rework it in MS Word to document it in the form I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In startups, Notion is a powerful tool. I am using Notion to manage the project results. It is a big advantage for me that it can be easily attached regardless of the form of the data and that it is not necessary to separate the list and the repository of the data.

We have centralized a place to view and measure all of our creator's performance and sales.
Powerful for notes and more
What do you like best about the product?
Notion comes with some pre text formats that help organize thoughts and agreements with the team. The text gets very visual and organized. It has built-in check marks, and hidden text, and supports markdown.
What do you dislike about the product?
When one uses the code markdown shortcut, whatever is within `` turns into code but the backticks do not disappear. That doesn't happen with other markdown features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me organize thoughts, it's an easy and accessible place where I can keep track of my daily tasks, and it's fast and works only with the keyboard. It has a db feature that can take you to a whole different level.
Really well thought through business and personal wiki with relational databases
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to turn any type of content to any other type of content. You can start with just writing plain text and then curate the space to turn into the most complicated, related database. Another thing that is a huge time saver is that you only enter the information once, and if you use the appropriate tags and synced blocks then the information populates itself in all the other related areas if designed correctly. Super easy to ramp up learning with a day of guided assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will take over your life, and sometimes you will spend more time thinking about how to continuously improve it (in a good way) and forget to feed the cat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me and my team capture organizational knowledge (business brain) in a very intuitive way. Uplifts the whole team. Way more productive and no missed deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Buidling your workspace and being creative. I think it is one of the easy tools to learn to use but with powerful features as well. There are also quite a bit of templates you can incoporate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say dislike but I would improve the timeline feature a little. It is great but for project management, we kind of need a Gantt diagram with some flexibility. But no tool I have tried so far was able to meet the specific needs.

Gathering and organizing data. Sharing a workspace with teammates while working remotely.

Easy to use. Very. Can be extended with templates with no effort.

Viewing tables with many fields is not so easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great productivity tool, that leaves things llike OneNote in the dust. The power of builtin databases is so intuitive and powerful. There is simply nothing else that compares!

The integrations leave something to be desired, especially since support for automate.io was removed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows you make Rich Text documentation/notes. This has many benefits in what can stored and organised within notion.
Absolutely splendid product. Our organisation runs on Notion.

The ability to customise any page based on your need. We use boards, timelines, list and so many templates to get work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Notion is that it might get complicated for simple needs like a todo list. But, that's something I'm not worried about.

Replaces multiple tools and brings all the work under one roof. Instills a great deal clarity and alignment which is super critical to get things done in an efficient and meaningful way.
