Great WiKi tool for company information or project documentations
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use right from the beginning. There is no need for any onboarding or tutorial. When creating a new project or a page everything is very intuitive and can be personalized with images and emojis. Also, there is a huge variety of ready templates. So when you start a project there is no need to build a structure from scratch you can just use the template that is most suitable for your task and then customize it as you wish. Autosaves will make sure that you will never lose the work that you did.
What do you dislike about the product?
II would like to have the ability to organize workspaces more flexibly. Right now it's only divided into 2 sections Public and Private. But would be nice to separate for example product documentation from company documentation. Right now I can only add pages but would be nice to divide those pages into sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has 24/7 access to all documentation that is needed for work. Also in case, they do any changes to the product they can add this information to Notion documents straight away from the computer or from an app
Notion review
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and learn how to use, very coloful if needed. lot of useful functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin I think that you miss some features like the account transfert or more precise audit log.
And as a user the page moving systeme could be better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion completely solve the issue with the capability that we have to share knowledge and more we share more efficient we can be at work.
Great organisational tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The modular, flexible nature of the tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the flexible nature, sometimes the "blank canvas" can be daunting, it would be nice to see more templates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Notion to organise IT equipment, systems and procedures, as well as using it to develop a wiki-like resource for employees.
The swiss knife for project and knowledge management.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion replaces many other tools, is incredibly versatile and quite intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The apps are not very reliable offline. We would also need a "forms" feature like Google Forms or Typeforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining project management, knowledge management and communication.
It is convenient to store unimportant information that you can return to later.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly outline a plan or a short article. The division into folders, subfolders, and categories.
The feature I like most is the toggle itself, especially toggle headers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editor doesn't listen to you.
And there is still a lack of support for exporting pdf in horizontal format and the wrapping of long lines in blocks of code during export.
It is also desirable to allow all pages to be displayed in full width in the profile settings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above, it helps me write small articles for users, or for me.
And I use it a little bit as a knowledge base.
Although not everything is comfortable for me in.

amazing usable app to organize your work and life
What do you like best about the product?
it is like a website, so easy to use. Pure productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
difficult to answer, almost nothing, to include tables (yours, suggestions, new ones...) sometimes is no so clear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i move from asana to notion, it is much more visual
Super helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality -- I can write quick product briefs, brainstorm as a group, and share our ideas more broadly across the company. It was also super helpful when onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tables -- there are very limited formats available, and it's a challenge to 1) copy/paste the tables, 2) format the tables, and 3) add comments on specific sections of a table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps to solve these problems that a Product Manager faces on a daily basis: brainstorming, planning, roadmap-ing, and sharing ideas across cross-functional stakeholders.
Very customizable and contains tons of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been most helpful for long-form documentation and task management. The database views and database relations have been very helpful. I also love all the different options of properties within a database, and being able to sort/filter on all of them. The ability to gate access page by page has been a treat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improved integration with Toggl (3rd party app), or creating timer property (play and stop button?) in a database item would be awesome. Being able to estimate tasks and have the actual time spent as a property has been one of the biggest pain points over the last year and a half.
Basecamp handles company announcements well. I don't have specific recommendations for Notion, but I would encourage them to look at Basecamp Message Boards for reference. Being able to make company announcements clearly to technical and non-technical audiences has been one of the biggest hangups for us from completely switching to Notion. Non-technical folks seem intimidated by Notion at times.
Not having direct messages may be negative with Notion. Folks have to use Slack or another 3rd party system until this feature would exist.
Overall I think Notion is close to having everything I need to use standalone, but some of the functionality above requires me to turn to other 3rd party options.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mentioned earlier, but Notion has helped me tremendously with long-form documentation. I use Notion as a wiki to document everything I do.
I really can't stress how awesome the database views are too.

If Paper and Google Docs had a beautiful baby (including the growing pains)
What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility in how you can format and present information. Notion is easy to use and customize the way you'd like and makes it simple to present information in an engaging way that also makes sense. It also has a robust data engine that allows you to reference other docs and build out formulas (something I'm not familiar with but have seen others leverage and it's super cool)
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features I would use for collaborating don't work so well - like linking out to a section of the document to share is super buggy if the doc gets to a certain size. Also, being listed as a collaborator on a document can be a nightmare because you can't mute the notifications unless you remove yourself from the document. Support was responsive with this issue and I think they're working on it, but it's not up to par with a Paper or Google Doc in this area yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me more freedom to visually present information the way I would like it, compared to Google Docs which is too rigid and without half the formatting capabilities. I've built launch plans and briefs with images and tables and it all around was simple and intuitive.
Excellent Project Management and Brainstorming Software
What do you like best about the product?
Excellently intuitive UI with a clean finish to the various workspace layouts you can have. Clear and concise instructions on how best to use the software to meet your individual needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was slightly daunting to begin with and we were presented with almost too many different ways of presenting our workspaces within the introduction/ quick guide tour. However, the helpful articles and templates allowed us to get our heads around it pretty quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for project tracking and company management within a small team. Having previously used a host of Google Suite products, Notion allowed us to consolidate this information into one central database that was much easier to navigate/ browse.
Also was a replacement for Monday.com when it came to project tracking.
