Notion is the best tool for writing I have found thus far
What do you like best about the product?
It is verry user freindly. I like that the tabs are on the same page, with other writing platforms, say google dogs, I find is a nightmare to toggle between documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app doesn't work very well. I would love for that to work better, that is really the only major downfall. Also would be nice if it was cheaper for teams to work together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing notion solves is just keeping things in one place. It makes it much easier to go between projects and personal writing. The AI tool works really well, thought this does take some getting use to.

What do you like best about the product?
As a one-person marketing team responsible for creating all content and materials, updating the website and social media, and much more, I often feel unmotivated, stuck, and tired. However, Notion AI has been a massive help! I was fortunate enough to test it before it went live and purchased it immediately when it became available to everyone.
There are three main reasons I love Notion AI:
1. It can improve your writing in a human way. I recommend creating your own content and then using AI to enhance it, not the other way around.
2. Notion AI learns your language. After a month of using it, it learned my language and the way I write content!
3. It's a quick tool that helps me check my grammar, brainstorm ideas, or add more information to my text.
I cannot recommend Notion AI enough!

1) Incredible speed of answer generation - 10 /10
2) It can help you to take the right decision by weighting the answers, aka expressing an opinion
3) Very good at solving code problems: Notion accepts corrections which makes the code perfect

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a row stays the same and doesn't open an AI chat by pressing the space.
Not always I liked where the previous results were deleted. Maybe, I haven't figure out how to look them back

1) managing budget with several wallets in place - I made a custom template
2) organizing my wardrobe, I use notion as data base as well
3) Asking AI for things I didn't know, for example how to find cheap tickets via aggregators the way, which very few people know:)

Notion's AI Writing Assistant is a Game Changer for Content Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I write a variety of content, including books, articles, tweets, website copy, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts. While I mainly use Notion, I am open to using other products such as Apple Pages or MS Word. However, things changed when I started using AI Assist. Here are a few ways in which it has improved my writing process:
1. Faster writing: One thing that slows down content creation for me is getting stuck on a thought. With AI Assist, I experience fewer writing blocks because when I have it rewrite something, it gives me an opportunity to agree or disagree with what it wrote. This helps me figure out the best way to express my idea.
2. Less busy work: Sometimes, defining concepts can be tedious and time-consuming. With AI Assist, I let it do the work for me.
3. Get stuck less: I often wonder if I'm using the correct concept or wording. With AI Assist, I can quickly verify my understanding and move on.
4. No need for a proofreader: I struggle with spelling and sentence structure, but AI Assist helps me catch errors and improve my writing. While I don't always agree with its suggestions, it usually does a great job, and I can focus on writing.

The only downside I have for Notion now is some usability things. It's gotten much better over the years but I still want a better way to navigate around the content, have multiple screens up at once, and so on.

I mentioned this before. I use this for content creation and knowledge management. Without a product like notion, I don't have anything that can help me do those things.
Notion AI As An Ally
What do you like best about the product?
It's a one stop shop for organization, generating ideas, and sharing externally. As a education innovator with an ADHD diagnoses, it's been a game changer for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve and a lot of information to consume. I also wish there was more flexibility and designing the Notion landing pages when sharing externally.

Really bringing everything in one place to reduce distractions while also increasing productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is absolutely wonderful for school. It has allowed me to not only stay on track but to better prepare for each class. It's AI function is convenient and effective to gather information and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve. When I first downloaded notion it didn't feel intuitive. There are so many ways of doing things that it can feel overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has allowed me to organize my priorities effectively such as looking at my monthly non negotiable expenses. Notion has also helped me to keep up with my schoolwork.
Got my boss and rest of team to use Notion! Kind of my life hub at the moment...
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizability, flexibility, and structure of Notion. I can easily organize things from random links, finances, Office space wikis, and even scripture reading while searching for it across my entire notion to find what I'm looking for incredibly fast and easily! The Notion AI has been a game changer! My Boss freaked out when I showed that it summarized all of his notes and made easy action items from very lengthy articles!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike... I believe some of the sharing in between workspaces are a tad confusing at first, but make sense in the end of why they are structured that way. I LOVE the notion AI, but I wish it could do more of the formatting like toggles.

Very easy to use, very effective at integrating information and formatting!

Really helpful in formatting copy-paste text thst isnt inherently compitable with notion
Excellent UX that allows for excellent productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion is its excellent UX that lets you focus on what you're writing. In addition, Notion has a ton of easily accessible functionality to build your pages, be it Kanban boards, Roadmaps, Databases, and tons of handy things. Honestly can't go back to my personal and professional writing without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, it still doesn't allow for the customizability that would take it to the next level. You should be able to change the fonts, background colour/palette of pages and build advanced dashboards (handy for team managers in tech organisations) - alas, this is not available yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's ability to structure your pages into wiki-like sites makes it ideal for writing technical documentation for projects, internal company wikis and personal writing projects. Furthermore, the AI tools are quite handy - some of them need significant prompting work from the user to be useful, but the "Improve Writing" functionality is perfect to use on any text.
