  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a content calendar for social media, and it helps me schedule posts, lay out ideas, and organize my thoughts. I like that it's aesthetic and has been extremely easy to use and learn. I appreciate that I can create a to-do list within an individual post, which is extremely helpful for breaking down different steps or needs for each post and keeps me very organized. The initial setup was extremely easy, and I haven't seen anything that I don't enjoy yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a pen and paper person so all the project management software I've tried failed me. Notion is super intuitive, very clean and robust, they're always launching new things – it just works for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely a lot more that I can be doing but just don't know it exists or how to best do it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and task management

Comprehensive Collaboration Tool for Teams

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to keep track of all business deals and transactions within the company, and also for sharing ideas, pitches, and keeping track of wider company activity. I like that it helps keep everything in one place and allows you to collaborate with other team members easily. I appreciate the comment features and the ability to have private or company-wide pages, as well as the option to publish online to share with clients. Commenting allows you to collaborate with the wider team, and with private pages, you can keep all your notes and ideas to yourself until you're ready to share them. Notion works pretty well and connects with all major platforms like Google Drive, Slack, and Zoom. The initial setup was easy too, as we had someone set it up for us.
What do you dislike about the product?

Versatile Tool with a Steep Learning Curve

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion fairly easy to use, and even though it has a steep learning curve, once I apply myself, I can figure out most things. There's a lot of help online and a lot of support for it. I like the fact that I can store and organize many different types of information, build tables, and search that information. This helps me organize a lot of my life. It's also valuable because it allows me to use one tool for a lot of different types of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's got a steep learning curve to take advantage of some of the advanced features and capabilities. But other than that, not much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me one place to store and organize many different types of information, which I can find easily or organize into pages. The search feature helps manage my life by allowing me to build tables and find information efficiently.

Database Mastery with a Learning Curve

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for task management and planning, meeting notes, lesson planning, and content organization. What really stands out for me is how Notion lets me structure information in a database, which was a big reason for moving away from OneNote. I enjoy the markdown editor's simplified text editor over Microsoft Office's. I find that it's a more intuitive writing experience, and I just like the aesthetic. The database organization is Notion's real strength: it allows me to sort and filter notes, for instance, automatically hiding meeting agendas for past events. I appreciate that everything is a block, making it easy to move things around, and each block has its own unique link. I find that the setup process is straightforward, though leveraging Notion's database structure took some time to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not keen on Notion AI. I had customer support turn it off across my entire account, but I still see occasional prompts for it. On the other hand, the one way I would use AI is for Notion AI meeting notes, but that is only available on the highest plans. So to me, AI is a distraction from the value of the app. I really like Notion Calendar, but until it connects to Outlook it's of limited value to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me structure information in a database and organize content for tasks like meeting notes and lesson planning. The markdown editor streamlines writing, and the database organization allows me to sort and filter notes efficiently.

All-in-One Workspace with Fast, AI-Powered Answers

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how an entire organization can document and communicate in one space and that space also has an AI tool that can pull from the groups work to provide answers very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a little bit of a learning curve to learn how to create documents but aside from that is very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that notion solves is it bridges the gap between teams as it relates to both knowledge and communication without the need for those teams to verbally communicate.
