Highly Customizable to Fit Our Team’s Needs

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can customize it to fit my needs, as well as what my department wants to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few limitations in how we could label cells. There also weren’t many color options available for the cell labels, which made customization feel a bit restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, there aren’t any problems we need Notion to solve—it's working well for us.

Customizable, User-Friendly, and Team Unifying

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how customizable Notion is while still being very user-friendly. It allows us to link our team together, letting us share projects and tasks across the team and track each other's work effortlessly. I also appreciate the feature that allows each user to filter the page to show what they need to see. Overall, I'm very happy with Notion and plan on using it for the foreseeable future for me and my team. The initial setup was super easy, which was a big plus for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the filtering options could be improved. I have a 'done' column where we put projects when they're finished. I'd like to see recently finished projects on my home screen but can't find a way to filter by the date moved into that category, so I can't filter out the older stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps manage projects and tasks, preventing them from falling through the cracks. It's customizable, user-friendly, and links our team for sharing tasks. Each user can filter to see what's relevant, enhancing our project tracking.

Flexible and Centralized, But Can Do Better

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility in customizing Notion, which allows me to adapt the tool to my needs. The layout of the content allows me to create clear reports that are inviting to read. I also appreciate that everything is centralized in one place, which means I use a single tool for my technical tickets, specs, and organizing my notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The links between the pages and the search, I don't always find what I'm looking for. Not easy to get the hang of at first, but over time it's not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Notion centralizes everything in one tool, making reports clearer and more attractive to read.

Notion: total flexibility to organize professional, personal, and financial life

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Work flexibility, I can simply do everything! Task management, productivity, studies... I use Notion to organize my professional, personal, and financial life!
What do you dislike about the product?
the plans are limited spaces and not accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
visibility and record. I am a very forgetful person, and I use Notion as a record of information for many things and always go back there to consult, whether it's a note or a transcription of some meeting.

Notion: The Intuitive Hub for HR Efficiency

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is like my HR hub, which helps me with organizing fluxes, managing workflows, tracking tasks, onboarding, and documenting information. I really like the visual aspect because it's very intuitive and makes tracking things easy. The initial setup was very easy, and we can invite new hires just by a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it easy to get messy in Notion. Standardizing page structure across people or operations can be a challenge. I find it hard to learn how to connect Notion with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing fluxes, managing workflows, tracking tasks, onboarding, and documenting information. It's intuitive and easy to track things.

Unifies Our Workflow with Intuitive Ease

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion helps keep everything in one place, reducing the need for multiple platforms. Its ease of use is something I appreciate, and the AI feature is incredibly useful because it makes finding information within the database so much easier. I also find it beneficial that I can ask one question, and it finds the answer in various places like nooks and Slack. The initial setup was really easy, and everybody on my team picked it up quite quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel sometimes starting a new project can be a bit redundant and some features require a few steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us keep everything in one place, reducing the need for multiple platforms. Its AI feature makes finding information easier within the database.

Intuitive and Simple, But AI Needs Improvement

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Notion is to use. It's really easy to dive right into it and start working for the day. The simplicity of the platform, which was a big reason for me switching from Asana, makes it quite appealing. The initial setup was also really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I ran into a limit with the AI usage, and the AI kinda doesn't do a great job fetching what we need. It seems like you could use a more frontier model like Claude or something for more context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track things daily and easily search for notes whenever I need to recount them.

What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more integrations with other platforms.

Invaluable Knowledge Management and Flexibility

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Notion in creating pages and introducing productivity systems like the ultimate brain. It works well with Notion AI, which I can use within my pages. The productivity systems keep me organized, and Notion AI helps me synthesize, brainstorm, and pull together different sources and pages to create different outputs. It's largely invaluable for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think connecting with other LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT to have a more robust connection that's easily able to source notes and things would be beneficial. Honestly, there's not a lot that needs improvement right off the bat as a lot of key things have been handled. I think it would be interesting to have agents independently run within Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for aggregating, synthesizing, and taking notes. It serves as my sandbox, catching all information from meetings and tasks. I love the flexibility, creating pages, and using Notion AI to organize, brainstorm, and generate outputs, which is invaluable for my productivity.

Versatile, Visualization-Rich Tool That’s Become My Go-To Management Database

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility for being so much more than just a schedule. All the visualizations for the data and how ou can automate tasks. It's my new go-to tool for management database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel limited by the lack of freedom to do more. Some features, like certain connections and unlimited AI, seem like they could be available on smaller plans as well. I also wish I could build more automations and have more flexibility when editing the databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main issue was that my organization lived inside Google Suite (Sheets and Forms). With Notion, I feel more secure and I have more options to visualize my database. I ended up building a design hub in Notion, with lots of automations and integrations, which made everything feel more organized and easier to manage.
