Notion the only tool our team needs
What do you like best about the product?
We use Notion to work asynchronously as an organization, track projects, tasks and ensure we have a record of all our work. For lack of a better term Notion acts as a way for us to record all relevant information so if staff were to ever leave the organization we have processes, projects and old tasks tracked for all to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have made strides to improve the inbox functionality although I would say that is the only aspect of it we don't love. Most staff are used to searching or having an inbox. The most recent updates have brought this closer to an inbox but still not perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us to track our projects and related tasks. We use it to organize team meetings, to dos, contact records and more.
I want to use it for everything, I use it for somethings
What do you like best about the product?
Just works UI, has a variety of different widgets, and little overhead (compared to OneNote, which is very clunky). It means I can "just get stuff done". UI is clean and minimalist
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to use it offline which means I can't rely on it to be there when I need. Image handling is poor — image upload takes a while and during upload the image is rotated 90 degrees. I can take directly take and insert a photo using my camera on the IOS app, but once I have done this, I cannot crop the image.,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform-independent solution for writing and organising notes. Suitable for journaling and organising ideas, todo lists and project concepts. I also use it to draft letters and emails.
Must have tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion.so is a great tool for several reasons. Firstly, it's incredibly versatile and can be used for a wide range of purposes such as note-taking, project management, and even as a personal wiki. Secondly, it has a user-friendly interface and is easy to navigate, which makes it accessible to a wide range of users. Additionally, Notion.so has a lot of powerful features, such as templates, databases, and the ability to embed different types of content, which make it a very flexible and customizable tool. Finally, it's constantly being updated and improved, so users can expect to see new features and improvements on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing. I got lost in the databases a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I remember everything I do, every project, article I read, literally Notion is my second brain. In addition, I can invite other people who work with me on various projects. With this, we make the most important things available among ourselves.
Fantastic productivity tool

Notion is extremely flexible, allowing us to build custom workflows and link information together easily. It's quite intuitive, so it's great for notetaking through to record keeping
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the UI appears to lose files, but when we refresh or contact support it gets fixed quickly
Calendar integration would be great (especially with webdav / caldav)

The ultimate all-in-one productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility and customization! Notion allows users to create and organize different types of content, including notes, to-do lists, calendars, project boards, databases, wikis, and more. Its drag-and-drop interface and block-based system make it easy to create and edit content on the fly, without having to switch between different apps or tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep. There are so many features and options that it can be overwhelming for new users. Additionally, the mobile app is not as robust as the web app, which can be a drawback for those who work on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Notion's all-in-one approach to productivity streamlines my workflow and helps me work more efficiently and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
While organizing a college life, I use Notion to make sure that I'm on top of everything, including my assignments in school events. While it's not just for college students, it can be used in the workforce or personal use.

What I dislike about Notion is the lack of encryption and limited amount of creative widgets out there.

Apps useful for creating documents
What do you like best about the product?
You can create professional materials easily and for free. It has a higher design quality than PowerPoint and is easier to manage than WordPress. It is also rich in features, allowing you to embed YouTube videos and images. If you register for a paid plan, you can embed videos directly. I create materials to share with others, and Notion is well-received because it allows for detailed documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pigment is generally light, so it's not suitable for creating impactful materials. If you increase the number of materials too much, it becomes difficult to manage and tends to get cluttered. The app is convenient but can also become quite heavy. Especially the smartphone version of the app is heavy and I haven't opened it. The two-factor authentication during login is a code sent via email, which is quite cumbersome. It also logs out automatically, making the login process a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful for creating materials to share with project members. Notion allows you to create simple and easy-to-understand materials, so I prefer it over PowerPoint or Google Docs. It's easy to use and you can create well-designed materials without any coding, so I really like it. It is also highly rated by the members and is reputed to be easy to understand.
Notion experience
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is fairly easy to use and has a simple design. There is a lot you can do with it including project management, creating a personal agenda, organizing company information, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see Notion add more creative options. As it stands, there are limited font and color options. It would be nice to change page backgrounds and fonts to match our company brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is currently serving as our company intranet. Our teams have their own "teamspaces" whereby they store all of their important docs and other information in their individual wiki's. I use notion for my personal agenda/to-do list, and I also manage our company homepage where we list upcoming events and other pertinent information.
