A more organized structure

What do you like best about the product?
The ready-to-fill-in security templates of HyperComply give me a lot of time for solving other tasks. They feed with their previous knowledges and industries’ benchmarks, such that they do not waste my time when carrying out those dull security reviews over and over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge base can act a little snobbish sometimes. Discovering and acquiring particular information is rather laborious. It used to be that once in a while I had to swipe through general categories or get very precise keywords in order to get what I was searching for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HyperComply has relieved me of the pressure of security checks. Pre-filled answers and online storage of the documents has saved me the stress of answering long and complicated questions. This gives me more time to handle the deal-closing tasks as well as to develop the client relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
Relative easy to upload data to our knowledge base. Turn-around time was quite good (a few days).
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't really save me any time. They were usually very short answers - mostly one-liners with insufficient details/qualifications. Many questions weren't answered despite the answers being in the questionnaires and documents I added to the knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling out time-consuming security questionnaires.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps our sales technical account teams to save time and help our deals move quicker than before. It has accelerated our sales cycle, and saved countless hours
What do you dislike about the product?
it tool a little bit of time to get the automation and AI working for our needs, but that isn't too big of a deal. Other than that, I can't think of anything else that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem was the slowness in completing security questionnaires. This would not only slow down the sales cycle, but would often impede on implementation time if not completed right away
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is definitely worth a shot!

What do you like best about the product?
1) Speedy turnaround
2) Chrome add-on is something out of this world. They thought about all the tiny details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a periodic validation of the knowledge base. For instance, today I came across this answer:
"Yes. We will be ISO9001 certified by the end of 2019."

They should look for keywords like "currently" and "expecting" and proactively ask for updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting security questionnaires and RFI documents answers within 24h. Before HyperComply, filling those documents took us up to 3 weeks of the sale cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Hypercomply eliminates 90% of the time our team spends on security reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm...Nothing significant comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are two primary problems we are solving with HyperComply:

1. Time our sales engineering team spends on security reviews.
2. Making sure our sales engineering team has access to the most accurate information when it comes to our security posture.

With HyperComply, 90% of the time our team spends on security reviews has been eliminated. The HyperComply team takes care of the bulk of questionnaires so that our sales engineers only need to spend a few minutes approving auto-completed answers.

Operate confidently and quickly

What do you like best about the product?
The platform gives me the ability to easily validate the pre-populated responses, moving me quickly through the bulk of the task at hand. A true time saver. The team is always responsive to feedback and is constantly improving the UI and feature set based on that feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of some sorting / filtering capabilities when I'm trying to quickly recall specific information. New Reference Knowledge feature I believe will make that less of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time working the bulk of a questionnaire allows me to be more thoughtful with the critical items. With questionnaires always popping up, the auto completion aspect allows me to put something in the queue and make immediate progress without needing to set aside any of my own time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time at the outset to get only high quality responses into the system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the tool allows for us to create a pool of approved answers, while also making it easy to assign questions to appropriate SMEs internally. It's also great to use the HyperComply Chrome extension to fill out questionnaires that may be requested in various portal tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I look forward to the continued development of the tool. I'd love to see the ability to easily add one-off answers to the knowledge base. Overall, very happy with the tool thus far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it quicker and easier to answer security and information security reviews. It's also nice to see approved answers in the pool of answers from reviews that my colleagues answered.

It's worth evaluating HyperComply.

Just the right tool to let us manage prospect questionaires

What do you like best about the product?
Without requiring too much complexity, HyperComply gave us a workflow to very quickly complete prospect security questionnaires. They let our tiny team be as responsive, and deliver as high-quality results, as a larger team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some missing features early on but they were either already on the short-term roadmap or quickly added. I appreciated that the folks at HyperComply treated us like partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we started using HyperComply, we had a very high volume of very complex security questionnaires. We had only two people working on them, each part-time, but completing them to our satisfaction had become more than a full-time job. HyperComply literally allowed us to reduce the time spent per questionnaire by two orders of magnitude, turn around questionnaires at least a day faster, and maintain our quality standards. That saved us at least a full FTE.

What do you like best about the product?
HyperComply allows my team to fly through security reviews, extending the expertise of our IT Security team into the TAM and SC teams on the sales side of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all InfoSec reviews are sent to us in a useable format, but that's not HyperComply's fault
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hyper efficiency for completing security reviews for our prospects and customers. Cut down InfoSec reviews by 3x with an average completion time of 48 hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to get buy-in from the info-security team to keep the answers up to date and quality checks frequently as your business changes.
