Abstra, the best quality/price
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Abstra is its incredible ease of use and flexibility. Being able to build and deploy custom solutions quickly with minimal coding is a game-changer. The visual interface is intuitive, and the ability to integrate Python for more complex tasks opens up endless possibilities. Plus, the automation capabilities streamline our processes, saving us time and resources, which allows us to focus on what we do best—driving success for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Abstra could improve is in its integration options. While it supports a good range of data sources, there are a few niche tools we use that aren’t directly supported, which sometimes requires workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Abstra simplified custom software development and streamlined our workflows through automation. This reduced manual tasks, improved efficiency, and saved us time. It also enabled better data management by integrating various sources, ultimately cutting costs and allowing us to focus on core strategies.

Abstra is a gamechanger for backoffice teams
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use it and extract value - the implementation is very easy.
We could automate lots of tasks in a short period of time and that made us save plenty of time of our team. It is being used all across Finance team and with a higher frequency.
It integrates with everything and the support is incredible - they have a team dedicated and also, you can simply ask for their AI and it works very well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are using it, we didn't find anything that we dislike. The difficult thing was to adapt to it, but it is very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Abstra has significantly streamlined our team's manual tasks, automating various workflows that previously required hands-on effort.
This automation has not only saved us valuable time but also minimized the risk of human error. Additionally, Abstra has enabled us to deploy updates and new features more rapidly, ensuring that we can adapt quickly to changing needs and deliver better service to our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Abstra helps a lot in the creation of forms, routines, and stages. Many times, if you were to do from scratch what they provide, it would take a lot of time.
Abstra speeds up your team's work, easy integration with existing tools.
Being Python, it's easy to create codes to implement what you need.
Support always responds quickly and is always helpful.
I don't use them frequently, only when a project fits the demand.

We love how effortlessly Abstra enables the deployment and management of projects, simplifying the entire process from development to production with minimal hassle.

What I dislike about Abstra is that its documentation is somewhat lacking, leaving users occasionally struggling to find detailed guidance and examples for more advanced features.

Abstra help us effortlessly move data from point A to point B, with an audit trail in between.

The ease with which I can create processes that deliver automations in daily activities for teams that demand data. It helps me strengthen a self-service culture among users and increases their engagement.

I don’t dislike anything. I understand that for the product phase they are in, there are natural improvements that are being prioritized by them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have several processes that are frequently performed by business teams, which required technical interaction from the data team. With Abstra, I change this reality by creating processes with a front-end that addresses my users' needs and gives them more autonomy, allowing my team to focus on tasks that require more technical knowledge and making the business areas more independent.

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in hooks and jobs, along with the quick deploys allowed me to quickly build and launch automations, easing my work.

Haven't faced any issues yet, only a couple nitpicks with the frontend

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and fast to start. Native python support means all you have to know is python to start deploying to thousands of users. I thought maybe this would be great for internal tools (which it is!) however, we quickly deployed to customers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. A more responsive frontend (like react-like) would be nice, but its better than most other no-frontend code tools I've tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to quickly iterate on deploy order forms to get a complicated set of information (text, pictures, design preferences etc.) with a complex workflow. Abstra was the only real way to get this done quickly while using simple python for business logic.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation capabilities of Abstra have been indispensable for streamlining our sales operations. Their customer service team is exceptional, consistently going above and beyond contractual obligations to ensure client satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my extensive use of Abstra for sales operations automation, I have yet to encounter any drawbacks that are worth mentioning. Their performance and support have been nothing but exemplary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Abstra has taken over the critical tasks like running a script to prepare data for our main dashboard in Python, which has significantly increased efficiency, or creating smart forms to use with our team.

With Abstra, I simplified and made my work significantly more efficient. We managed to reduce the time needed to complete manual tasks and enhance capacity and scalability. Additionally, we received close and dedicated support from the Abstra team, which helps us not only with complex challenges but also with simple Python issues.

I think the main difficulty with Abstra is the need to always manually update the library.

Abstra gave us the ability to create more automated processes. In all processes, we were able to give autonomy to other teams to execute tasks that would be more complex. Additionally, Abstra made our processes more secure.

Abstra has great developer experience, with a straightforward platform & API, a strong standard library for interface, and helpful documentation. We were able to transition existing workflows and implement new ones in a handful of weeks with just a small team. Additionally, the Abstra team is highly responsive when we had questions or hit roadblocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a growing company & product offering, it doesn't yet have a full suite of features we'd like- primarily around authentication, authorization, and error handling. However, most of these defeciences are straightforward to work around, and the product is rapidly evolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absta eats up any internal process we need to codify. That includes common tasks our sales and support teams perform (e.g. subscription & billing management, customer access changes), validations for development team (e.g. recurring status checks on database backup generation), and BI (e.g. creating snapshot and fact tables).
