Many templates to get started from with various use cases. The customer support is excellent. They respond right away and answer all your questions. They even send you video responses to show you how to fix whatever issue you are having and even offer different solutions.

There are still some bugs that need to be addressed but as soon as you contact support about the bug, they address it right away.

Formaloo is a mature, responsive company. They have held many Q & A sessions to improve their platform adaptability at each stage of development (like working with LEGO, and incredibly easy to integrate with several other platforms), and their features continue to expand. They are thoroughly responsive to most any query, including through categorized links to tutorials and even templates which have done the requisite work (for say, certain specific back-end calculations) for you, at no extra charge! An astute self-study can navigate through their work to improve said client's optimal Formaloo experience, and pass along the benefits to that client's clients/customers. I'm stoked about launching my company's app using Formaloo. Their modular approach allows for scalability and ease of use for the end-user. What do you dislike about the product?

Arguably this can't be laid at Formaloo's feet, because Adobe, as the self-proclaimed leader, has lagged on the issue for decades. But since the co-founders of Formaloo are (proudly) Persian, I'll leave the gauntlet at their feet anyway. I'm an interpreter, and Farsi/Persian text and translations have yet to go mainstream. I'd be keen to see what the Formaloo gang have in mind in terms of facilitating the bridging of the language gap, which in turn would be instrumental and revolutionize representation and mutual understanding.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have limited time to consult on complex issues, and Formaloo, by allowing me to exercise a thorough intake, provides the opportunity to assess the merits of the applicant's concerns, and direct them to apply under the appropriate program(s). This can also reduce costs to the end-user, which increases my competitiveness --the Formaloo advantage.

Many tools still need to be connected to Formaloo. These connections will make Formaloo's power more and more. By adding integrations to Formaloo, we can build more powerful tools.

Before using Formaloo, we had to check every survey we do with difficulty, and after completing the survey, a lot of time was spent entering and checking the data. But by using the possibility of Formaloo survey and Formaloo CDP, we were able to create an integrated tool for all surveys and profiles of our users.
