Lumigo helped us with monitoring our serverless applications running in the cloud. The transparency provided by Lumigo is unmatched in the industry. Without having to change much in the codebase, we were able to get a complete monitoring platform provided to us.

What do you like best about the product?

In a world of microservices and serverless architecture, Lumigo helps to keep all the small things together and fully understand/monitor your environment.
Onboarding goes smoothly and takes seconds, the UI is intuitive and has a dark mode:)

What do you dislike about the product?

On a high scale, some features work relatively slowly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lumigo is all about making my life easier when it comes to managing and troubleshooting serverless applications. My team remains informed about every minor issue occurring in my environment.

What do you like best about the product?

Love the simplicity of setting it up and getting instant value. We've used this as a team of 1 and a team of 10 and it's worked great for our needs. We rely on it daily. Easy to integrate with other systems (e.g. Slack) and pinpoint what the issues are. I've used other alternatives, as well as tried to set things up directly in AWS and nothing compares to my experience with Lumigo so far.

What do you dislike about the product?

Customer support and account management features are lacking compared to the rest of the product.

We use Lumigo to monitor all of our AWS cloud infrastructure, which is currenlty all serverless.

What do you like best about the product?

- The amount of details it shows of every Lambda function you have
- The possibility to tag them so that you can easily filter out what does not require your attention at the moment
- The huge amount of log data available

What do you dislike about the product?

I miss an introductory walk-through for new uses. It is true that if you know AWS and Serverless there is no such a difference to make this learning too steep, but it would be helpful to other less experienced users.

What do you like best about the product?

We were in quite a special situation when we started using Lumigo because our serverless applications were not monitored since we were re-taking ownership on externaly managed infrastructure. Lumigo helped us both to debug pre-existing unknown bugs, but also to get a better understanding fast of our systems interactions. It does allow for both discovering issues you did not detect, but also to monitor on two levels : technical and business.

It only takes a few minutes to get up when you use interpreted languages, and not very much more for compiled ones using their libraries.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing special, everything is simple and neatly organized.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly spent less time digging through logs and tracing. We can now easily detect and pinpoint issues in our serverless environment.

What do you like best about the product?

It's very easy to find things, and understand what exactly happened within a specific invocation, what were the bottlenecks and issues.
It's also very easy to see a wider view of issues and breakdown according to different parameters.

What do you dislike about the product?

We've had some issues with secrets masking and their team wasn't responsive enough in their help - they answered but are taking time to fix it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The first thing we're using it for is Alerting - it will send us alerts when our system has issues (we're mostly serverless).
After that - we use it for debugging the issues (in production and development) as it gives us a great insight into the inner workings of the running code.

What do you like best about the product?

Lumigo has transformed our AWS serverless monitoring. Its intuitive interface, automated tracing, and powerful insights have made troubleshooting and optimizing our serverless applications a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone in the serverless world!

What do you dislike about the product?

Lumigo's pricing can be relatively expensive for small startups with tight budgets.

monitoring our all lambda functions deployed in lumigo and i can resolve the errors at a time

What do you like best about the product?

It is easy to set up & integrate on any AWS Account with it's one click cloudformation template. It's transaction tracing feature gives users to ability to debug various type of bugs and failures.

The dashboard gives a overview of important serverless insights like % of failures, cold starts and latency. We were able to detect the bottleneck in our serverless infrasture that was causing the lattency and fix it due to lumigo.

What do you dislike about the product?

Registration and maintaining multiple tenants is not that straightforward, which could be a pain point for agencies that are using Lumigo for multiple customers with multiple aws accounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Observability for serverless application
- Centralized dashboard for insights such as Latency, % of failures, cold starts and performance bottlenecks
- Transaction Tracability

What do you like best about the product?

User friendly and surfaces errors so they are easier to see. It's very easy to add and remove tracing. Our development team uses Lumigo on a regular basis to troubleshoot errors and to investigate ways to improve performance.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't really like Zen desk. It seems like that can be refined a bit. And LiveTail doesn't seem to work like I expect it to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most recently I used it to observe a timeout issue we are having with one of our critical application functions. Seeing this issue helped me identify a solution that will be implemented today and then I will Lumigo to observe if that solution actually solves the problem.
