The best LMS that should be introduced to all education provider
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features in NEO LMS are the way NEO offers how the assessments can be conducted online without any hicups.The selections given to the instructors are varies and definitely easy to use.Even the non-technical course instructors can used the platform after simple explanation being given to them. There are many best features that can be explored.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have an automatic attendance system in NEO instead of manual attendance taken by the course instuctor.the attendance system can be as simple as the list name of students who areog in to the class portal in daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The arrangements of the needed features!! This has made the course portal looks professional dan easy to follow and understand.

I used to subcribe to other LMS and I can say this is the most convenient platform.I was using the platform since the brand is using edu20.org.
From free plan until now I've suggested and choose the premium plan for my organization.I can see that NEO has evolved to a better and convenient LMS from time to time.

Neo LMS is easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
The archive classes it's easy to navigate and it is arranged alphabetically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information of each profile has a different UX, sometimes it's hard for me to navigate which information to look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an administrator of NEO LMS in our school, it gives me infinite options especially when I needed to check other classes to see the progress of the teachers and students too.
NEO LMS as helpful platform
What do you like best about the product?
The jivochat is very helpful especially for the teachers and students who have some concerns or questions in using the LMS and also as an educator, the message feature helps me to communicate with my students, the gradebook is very helpful to track the status of my students and also it includes MS Teams, Panopto and Immersive reader.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any problem with Cypher learning

Easy and convenient access for Online Learning
What do you like best about the product?
NEO makes teaching and learning a piece of cake. Teachers and students find it easy to adopt and implement online learning through the use of this platform. Its 24/7 customer service is very reliable. It is also the LMS that is easy to customize. Access is flexible since we can open the platform with a mobile, pc, laptop, or tablet device. Executing the lessons with NEO is time-saving, designed to get out of your way, to let you do your thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about NEO is I cannot find any bad experience with NEO. The team that handles the NEO support consistently gives updates to its users and they continuously improve their service to their clients. Though there are announced system maintenance at times which users do not like, it does not create a major disruption to the implementation and access of the platform. They make sure that maintenance improvements are done during the hours when users are on a break.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have major problems with NEO. Minor problems would be the use of the NEO application through smartphone or tablet devices. But whenever I use NEO through the smartphone or tablet web browser, I also get the same easy access as when I access it through my pc. As an educator and an LMS coordinator, The simple and easy-to-use platform makes it easy to do collaborative learning.

If you plan to use NEO LMS, I would recommend that you get in touch with their representatives. They can give you a complete overview of the platform effectively.

- Grade Book helps me track my learners progress from the first test,
- I can upload resources to my students and organise them nicely into folders and sub-folders for east retrieval.
- Most of the features provide a platform for me as a teacher to customize my lesson
- The assessment tab does wonders, it is possible to give assignments in multimedia format
- I can out announcements to my students any time thus making communication seemless

Communication barriers have been removed in our school community, every member of our staff is able to send out an announcement to everyone any time
Giving resources to students especially during this covid times that we have to limit the physical contacts.
Monitoring learners progress is easier, thus as a teacher i can give a very informed counsel to my students after studying their academic perfomance trend

Accessing the inventory/list of all users makes it easy to track the progress and performance of current and previous students. As it stores not only your current subjects but even archived ones that could be accessed.

All features are great for me; what I am looking for are fresher looks or newer aesthetics that we can play with regard to the view of the website.

A link and pattern have been created between the teacher and the learners. With familiarization and easy utilization of tools and support systems, NEO has the capability to give more time to its users to work on things other than learning.

NEO is user frinedy and even parents have remarked that Using is one of the best achievements the school has ever made.
All our learnners are very excited about NEO as it helped them pass in thier exams.
Neo also shows how many of our users are on line or when they were last on line.

- We now can send fees invoices to parents on NEO and the powerful involvement of parents seeing their children's academic work has put NEO into a class of its own.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about NEO LMS is that its platform is easy to navigate and it’s totally possible for educators to curate creative and engaging classes for the students. I also love the features which highlight transparency particularly the gradebook which allows learners to see their progress in real time. There are also lots of assessment types which we can choose from to fit the thinking skill we want to target. Overall, NEO LMS is a wish granted for both teachers and learners specially at this era of adaptive learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment since the things I need for my classes are provided by NEO LMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning is possible even at the time of the pandemic since learning materials can be uploaded and/or embedded in the platform such as the powerpoint presentations, video lectures, wakelet collections, and many more.
