Reliable Endpoint Protection with Strong Threat Prevention Features
What do you like best about the product?
Check Point Harmony Endpoint offers robust protection against malware, ransomware, and phishing attacks. I particularly appreciate its behavioral analysis and anti-ransomware capabilities. The central management console is intuitive and makes policy management easy across devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial deployment takes some time, especially in larger environments. Occasional false positives can also require manual whitelisting. A more responsive support SLA would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Harmony Endpoint to protect our corporate devices from modern threats. It has significantly reduced malware incidents and provided better visibility into endpoint activities. Integration with other Check Point solutions like SandBlast and firewall appliances offers unified threat management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the prevention first approach of checkpoint harmony EPP that gives protection against a wide range of cyber threats including ransomware and malware. I also like its checkpoint harmony endpoints data protection features like encryption as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup can be a bit tricky especially for smaller teams without dedicated IT support. The interface is mostly user friendly but some advanced configuration like configuring access and compliance policy requires a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checkpoint harmony endpoints solves key problems such as protecting against advanced cyber attacks like ransomware and phishing attacks. It benefits us by providing robust, real-time security that proactively detects and blocks potential threats, reducing the risk of data breaches. The easy-to-use centralized management dashboard also helps us streamline security monitoring and response by reducing the byrden on our SOC teams.

One feature that could use improvement is the reporting capabilities. While the essential reports are available, having more customization options for data analysis would be beneficial

Check Point Harmony Endpoint: Powerful Security Amidst Integration Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
It can defend against malware, phishing and ransomware. I have seen how ransomware can cripple an organization by holding all computing assets for ransom. I really love the ability to recover files affected by ransomware attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did have difficulty with integrating it with MacOS and even some older Windows 10 builds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies security management with centralized control and automated responses. It protects endpoints from malware, ransomware, phishing and zero-day attacks. It also ensures security measures do not slow down devices or disrupt workflows.
Streamlined management application with great support staff
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is easy to reach and mostly very responsive from my experience. Creating and pushing policies are a breeze, so it's pretty easy to implement new firewall rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for support is quite high. Management on the gateways can be a bit of a learning curve, but once you get used to it, it's pretty easy to manage.

Remote connections using a secure VPN tunnel, threat prevention, IPS, IDS

what I love about Harmony Endpoint is it's protection against real-time and existing threats and also it offers scalable security across devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It poses steep learning curve and high resource consumption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company there is no endpoint solution before but one year ago we have deployed harmony endpoint managed through cloud. After that there is a signifiacnt change in our company security posture. As a result harmony endpoint has shielded us and it is shielding us from zero-day attacks and specially from ransomware attacks.
