Nice solution, still being improved
What do you like best about the product?
Threat Emulation (downloaded file sandboxing) and Threat Extraction (file sanitization by active content removal) are helping a lot with securing file downloads (especially via malicious links in the e-mails)
Anti-phishing works quite good, preventing users from entering data in forms that are visually similar to genuine ones.
Forensics reports show incident context.
Threat Hunting allows to retrospectively check for use of certain URL or file on whole userbase.

What do you dislike about the product?
Management portal performance could be better.
Exception management is to general (for example you can't add an URL exception for anti-phishing only, while not adding it to file scanning too)
Threat Hunting doesn't allow you to search for HTTPS URLs entered- only DNS queries or IPs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us protect our users during remote work.
It fills a gap in e-mail security regarding malicious links sent (they often has multiple nesting level and captchas making it impossible for the antispam system to fully scan them)
Anti-phishing helps with blocking phishing forms.

Harmony needs some improvement but it's already a good solution, being actively developed.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many powerful tools within Harmony Endpoint, but I find the browse plugin very powerful and beautiful. End users also see the added value of the antivirus because they immediately see that the Harmony Browse plugin does something. For example, when downloading files or entering login details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I regret that there is no Windows Server core support for Harmony Endpoint yet. In addition, the management portal is sometimes a bit slow, so it sometimes takes more time to make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a powerful antivirus package that stops installation files that other antivirus packages simply approve. For example, it checks whether the publisher can be verified.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy implementation on server and control of activity within the network, external connection and protection against potential virus attacks.

Server becomes slow when we request immediate information, the response is slower and installed applications are delayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly block Internet traffic to prevent virus attacks and information theft.

What do you like best about the product?
The complete protection for clients in one simple to use and configure client. We love the anti-phishing protection and the password re-use protection, and URL filtering removes the requirement of having a cloud based proxy service
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the Infinity portal is sometimes too slow, and we have to wait 10 seconds or more to view pages. Logs are also fairly slow to load, although once you're navigating them they do speed a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had a cloud based proxy for our users, which caused quite a few complaints due to speed of internet access whilst using it. Harmony does URL filtering on the device, so speed of access has greatly improved. As well as this, we have gained extra features such as anti-phishing where Harmony scans login boxes to ensure they aren't phishing sites, and download scanning to protect against malicious file downloads.
Superb Endpoint Protection ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick a single feature that I like best, when there so many powerful features built in to Harmony. The zero phishing and credential protection is definitely at the top of the list though.
These two features alone have provided much greater visibility in to the attack surface and helped shape areas of focus.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Harmony portal occasionally performs slowly which can be frustrating, but this doesn't impact the performance of the product anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key problem we are aiming to solve with Harmony endpoint was around URL filtering and cloud based proxy solutions, that were causing headache for users. Harmony has brought so many other benefits though providing us with a single view across all of our endpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
Complete protection of our endpoints in terms of data and security. Management of assets on the cloud and the Active Directory connection and group management is also a big plus
What do you dislike about the product?
The reinstall process of a client is not that easy since you have to delete it and install the app on the client again. Drive encryption is only available on the higher license pack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to secure our environment starting with our end-users computers. We had a basic solution and wanted an all-in-one management product for our clients. Checkpoint accomplish this

What do you like best about the product?
In this Harmony end point, we can easily install the endpoint agent and management server. It's a cloud-based endpoint system. so consider the easy way of installing and deploying an endpoint; agents are best in this Harmony endpoint by the checkpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
After the installation process of the endpoint agent, my system gets some lag problems. After the endpoint agent installation, pc gets working slowly. Maybe the endpoint agent takes more memory location for endpoint data leakage protection. I don't know how this happened after the harmony endpoint agent installation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to this endpoint protection agent, we can easily download secured content from the web. The endpoint agent will analyze the browsing content, and when it download, the agent will take some scanning process for any policy violations. If any malware or virus is detected, the endpoint agent will not allow the data to download.

if you looking for easily installed endpoint device with maximum security, then you can follow with the harmony endpoint.
