What do you like best about the product?
The use of AutoRABIT has tremendously enhanced how we handle the Salesforce deployment in our organization. This works well with Git and other version control systems to allow for convenient release processes. We have also gained a lot of time with the automation of deployment schedules, and the reporting made it easier owing to the many features within the platform to ensure our teams are held accountable. It has been easy to integrate well in our current context and organization and made our release cycles less painful.
What do you dislike about the product?
AutoRABIT is definitely a capable tool but its usage is not without limitations such as occasional complexity when using the tool especially for first time users when they are creating their first set of workflows. While customer support is usually fast in providing answers, there are cases when more detailed information was required for further configuration or for solving a particular issue. Some of these have at times hampered our capacity to effect change with quick response to needs for a quick deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AutoRABIT has significantly enhanced our rate of work with Salesforce deployment management through automation of operations to reduce mistakes. This efficiency has helped them speed up their release cycles by a notch, while, at the same time, easing feature drops and cutting deployment failures. Management and time have been effectively provided for on the posts as all the repetitive tasks are handled by the bots. In conclusion, AutoRABIT has improved Salesforce functions and adjusted our company’s directions for better adaptability at work.
