What do you like best about the product?
The people are WireWheel are definitely what make it great. Everyone from the sales and project management teams, to the engineering teams. They all deeply care about the product and customers, and care about ensuring it works as intended and that the customers' needs are able to be met.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system seems geared towards a smaller type of organization. The tool can be slow at times, and a little buggy. The upshot is that their teams are incredibly responsive whenever there is the slightest issue, and have always come through with a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WireWheel is solving the issue of allowing us to document our records of processing assessments on a global and company wide scale. We have been about to completely custom build the ROPA questionnaire that we needed based on global regulatory requirements across multiple business units and areas of focus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
WireWheel is a growing business and their technology is getting better by the day. They are priced competitively, and they are definitely worth it. Their support is second to none, and while it may take a little longer to build out the template or customize what you are looking to do, if you are patient, you will get the results you are looking for. I think they are perfectly situated for small to medium sized shops at the moment, and are getting to the point where they can handle larger sized shops.
