Good support and service, needs some UX improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The support they assist to alleviate and address any issues. In addition, they're proactive and keep us informed ahead of time about new regulations coming down the pipe to prepare for and help through that process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product itself has some usability challenges for the day-to-day rep that is handling data requests. It's a combination of poor information organization (eg - why is the email address located somewhere separated from all other data to satisfy a data request) and unclear intent to what consequences of making changes do. Working with our CSM also shows how challenging it can be to use the administrative parts of the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WireWheel helps us stay compliance with data privacy regulations in the United States. The speed in which we were able to get up and running has been invaluable.
