Getting industry updates and insights within a matter of seconds
What do you like best about the product?
I can get practically all information on a single platform. As someone involved in competitive intelligence, it is important for me to be up-to-date with industry happenings and also have a sense of how the investors are analyzing these events. With Alphasense's access to broker reports, all this becomes very easy for me. Also, everytime I have a question or just need an update on the latest features, the Alphasense team is available for support which adds to my overall experience
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand addition of new features is necessary to keep the platform current, especially with GenAI. But dissemination of information on those new features can be streamlined
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer go to multiple databases spending hours trying to scour information. Alphasense's search features, especially synonyms and word proximities, help me narrow down on the exact data within no time

One stop shop for every company related information!
What do you dislike about the product?
Dont see any major downsides, the links generated from the selection can be reduced / embed as they are currently too lengthy!

Everything all at one place! No need to open anything else!
Most efficient searching
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to find company disclosures via transcripts, 8-K's and broker commentary via equity research reports. The search functionality is incredible
What do you dislike about the product?
Well - it could be faster. Currently it sometimes is a little slow. It'd be cool if more generative AI was included so that you could ask questions with responses that cite sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FactSet, BamSEC, etc - do not have as good search functionality. You can search across research and company disclosure and it's faster and picksup keywords better. It has good Text-Image analysis for Company Presentations as well.
Great App for search and gathering information
What do you like best about the product?
AlphaSense makes it easy to gather research from primary documents. It is an intuitive tool to get to know and it has deep functionality. If you are out of your depth, there is a convenient support chat that is able to help you. Additionally, AlphaSense has some great integrations so that you can see your content alongside the tool in search.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some work to be done on the Notebook side. While it is extremely functional the way it is today, I wish it had some deeper functionality for a full research management solution for a team.

We need to keep up coverage of many companies. This includes SEC filings and News.
Gathering market intel easily
What do you like best about the product?
I have an easy process to collect and gather all market intel because AlphaSense is easy to implement. Customer support by this platform is always ready to helping with configuration and integration. AI powered searching engine help me find topic and revelent data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. AlphaSense has perfecting their software and everything is working in the perfect condition now.

Combining all the intelligence and data into one processor platform help me to compare and making decision on my investment. I am confident with my decision because it is backed by a facts and latest data.
Stellar platform for financial and market research
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to easily tapped in into expert insights and expert call service after implementing AlphaSense as our main reseach platform. Feature to integrate workflow and monitoring has giving us actionable data that we can execute.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike after using AlphaSense for weekly research that I perform everyweek. All the tool has it own advantage and adding value to my knowledge.

Market intelligence is a strong advantage for anyone that monitoring market for financial and investement research. Having a real-time data and in-depth knowledge give me certain advantage compared to other users.

What do you like best about the product?
AlphaSense make it easy for user like me to finding the latest news about market research. Integration between news, ESG report and regulatory help me to get the complete picture of the current market situations. Easy implementation that need no technical knowledge is also what make AlphaSense likable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues currently with AlphaSense. Their customer support always help for customer success and make sure I have all the tools that I want.

AlphaSense is a powerful research platform that help me with competitive intelligence and private financial service research. I am able to make investment decision confidently after have all the data in hand.
Minimized research hours
What do you like best about the product?
I were able to maximized the research outcome but spending very little hours after implementing AplhaSense. Features like custom dashboard monitoring alerts help me to recieve the latest news on the topic that I set. Easy integration between financial analysis and Excel reduce manual works
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think AlphaSense has any module that is less helpful. I enjoy using all the tools and able to use it daily for my market research process.

Combining and collaborating all the market news and financial analysis under one dashboard helps me to make the comparison analysis. I also able to produce analystics report on the topic for the time-frame that I want.
Perfect instrument for market research
What do you like best about the product?
AlphaSense make infromation gathering speedy and all the market news is integrated into one dashboard. Searching for industry news trends from various platform make the usage implementation is easy without the need of technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike with the customer support. Fast problem solving by the team has make me want to use this platform on daily basis.

I use AlphaSense to monitoring media trends, especially with social media platform that is fast in introducing new trend niche and latest product that people desire.
Research market effectively
What do you like best about the product?
AlphaSense is offering a better and easier way to keeping informed on latest market and financial data. Easy implementation is what attract me the most and use it daily from my smartphone since it is more easy to integrate the notification with my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great customer support by AlphaSense that has always able to response on my support ticket and solved the issue immediately. Thus, no dislike from me.

Getting the latest news on market intelligence help me to make an informed decision on my investment strategies. I only have to key-in the topic that I want to follow and the platform will handling the research process.
