What do you like best about the product?
Making an informed investment decision is easy with AlphaSense. They way it integrate with financial news and signal help me to make a sound decision and implement it to my investment portfolio. I also will get notification on expert call for the topic that I interested.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have use this platform daily and has no issue that I want to complaint with AlphaSense. All the tools is useful and easy to operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining all the financial and market news into one research platform is what AlphaSense thriving with. No more hours of time wasted trying to find one topic of market signal anymore.
A must have tools for financial and marketing research
What do you like best about the product?
AlphaSense is packed with various features to analyzed and reseaching financial markets. It is easy to research any business tends using the insight and the result is instant. Easy customization for the alert system and implementing it on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many data on the dashboard can be a distraction on which I need to focus first. Lack of integration with Google Mail is also one of the issues. Still, it is one of the finest tools I have use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AlphaSense helps me to monitors current market trends on-the-go. All the data can be access right from my smartphone and need no software installation on my computer.

A Better Research Search Engine
What do you like best about the product?
Personally the dashboard where I can see multiple windows regarding a topic is the best feature. Not only am I able to analyst corporate docs but the news as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login page function. I should be able to more easily login or stay login when opening my browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to search company financial information with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Gives non-public intel from investment bankers (and expert interviewees) at the tip of your finger.

Sometimes a "busy" user interface. Could be a bit cleaner.

What do you like best about the product?
I find AlphaSense particularly useful and its interface easy to use. There is a wide range of search tools that are useful, such as Boolean searches and smart searches that present results quickly - making it easy to spend time researching. The staff are responsive to user feedback and provide helpful responses when requested via the messaging functions organised within the programme itself. One feature I'm looking forward to seeing implemented soon is the ability to export financial spreadsheets to Canada, but until then there's already an excellent ability to gauge user sentiment by analysing profit and loss statements - which ultimately sets it apart from other available tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although AlphaSense provides access to a wealth of information from multiple sources, this can sometimes be overwhelming. To use the platform successfully, it is important to use the right filters to narrow down your search and eliminate excess noise.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive AlphaSense is to use. It eliminates the need for me to register and track alerts or conference calls from multiple programs. In addition, features such as real-time alerts, sentiment analysis, search phrase highlighting and access to full content with analyst comments/transcripts provide unparalleled speed and accuracy, which gives me great confidence when I'm researching a new disease area where I need to keep up to date with key resources from different companies - so nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find AlphaSense frustrating at times because of the time and effort it takes to do keyword searches. Often my results consist of a large number of irrelevant documents, which makes it even more difficult to narrow down what I'm looking for as the filtering options are limited.

With AlphaSense, I don't have to spend hours searching for the data I need.

When it comes to AlphaSense, one of the main challenges users face is having too much information. Finding relevant and quality content can be quite difficult with a large pool of sources. Fortunately, the AlphaSense team offers help whenever needed, along with tutorials on how to make the most of its features, such as filtering out background noise when searching for specific results.

I use AlphaSense to help me with my research and to keep up to date with the latest business news. Instead of wasting time wading through irrelevant content, its sophisticated artificial intelligence capabilities quickly deliver only relevant results when I need them, giving me a significant productivity boost.

What do you like best about the product?
I find AlphaSense to be an invaluable tool for conducting market research and assessing the competitive landscape. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, with easy-to-use search functionality using Boolean logic and intelligent queries that return results that are appropriately highlighted. In addition, the help desk staff are quick to respond to any queries or feedback I send their way. The ability to export financial spreadsheets gives me access to key information in a matter of clicks. In addition, the sentiment analysis feature ensures continued growth due to its ability to analyse earnings transcripts - making future updates even more attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate having such a wide range of data available through AlphaSense, but I find it challenging to determine which pieces are most useful. The customer support team are always willing to provide assistance or demonstrations if you're ever confused by any of the features. The periodic background noise on the site can be overwhelming at times, so knowing how to filter properly helps ensure that users get accurate results from their searches.

I benefit from the AlphaSense interface because it's easier and quicker to find obscure information. It can find same-store sales at Walmart in a fraction of the time it takes CapIQ, and I don't have to waste time manually opening PDF files.

What do you like best about the product?
Viewing my personalized dashboards made extracting information and generating reports on particular leads that interest our company more manageable.

The interface could be improved by simplifying it so users can perform searches more efficiently.

Through AlphaSense, I'm now reducing my "Alt + Tab" situations, especially when generating detailed reports on the leads I generate for business partners.
