What do you like best about the product?
As a resource for conducting competitive analysis, I absolutely love AlphaSense. It's easy to customize search results and find relevant information with user-friendly search options. Additionally, they highlight important details in each result, saving me the time of manually sorting through it all. Additionally, their chat feature is extremely helpful; I always receive quick and helpful responses from their staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
AlphaSense offers a wide range of data, but it can sometimes be difficult to determine which sources are reliable. The AlphaSense staff is always available to provide demos and guidance, so clients can make informed decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has helped me gain insight into the strategic goals of my most valuable clients and broader market trends.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to scrape the whole web based on an y searches I would like, and colllecting relevant information on market events to help the business!
What do you dislike about the product?
The search results sometime can be irrelevant, so it would be great to improve the search algorithm to make the results more relevant.

It allows me to stay up to date on the events going on in the market that are relevant for the business!

Perfect database to search for latest investor/analysts reports on pharmaceutical market
What do you like best about the product?
All the information is collated in one place. You will get all the hits just by searching the keyword.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that you get a limited downloadable target based on your subscription. That is why one should use it judicially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collating all the relevant data on a particular topic and deriving meaningful insights from them. It sure is beneficial.

Finding companies with capabilities to introduce to our customers
Much better than other equity research platforms with a lot more on top
What do you like best about the product?
The search function and integrations for the platform are much better than using FactSet, CIQ, or Eikon to pull equity research. The UI is clean and simple to use for this. Beyond that, since sources from news articles can be brought in I can do all of my research on one platform instead of a few to find some information
What do you dislike about the product?
Still missing some news sources like PR Newswire which is great for following certain companies. These integrations would make it easier to have a single source for all news tracking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alphasense just makes it very easy to comb large amounts of data to find different perspectives and figures in one place. Instead of using an equity research platform, google, and BamSEC combined, I just use alphasense instead
Great platform for optimizing analyses
What do you like best about the product?
AlphaSense's main feature of searching for keywords and synonyms in several documents at once is extrenely heplful and saves an enormous amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although rare, some documents are unavailable on AlphaSense and users have to go on the internet to search for it

AlphaSense helps with saving an enormous amount of time with the main search feature

Ability to search thousands of documents utilizing keywords to find relevant information.

Using too many search crteria may inadvertantly hide relevant information

Powerful tool that everyone deserves to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's a one stop shop for all my daily information gathering needs. I no longer have to visit 5 different sites to see what is happening in my industry

My concerns have already been addressed and the team is adding new functionality to allow me to use the tool even more

I can easily search through sell side research to see what is applicable to me and my tasks rather than sifting through 20 sites and my email to find what I need
Very Helpful and Efficient Information Gathering
What do you like best about the product?
Stream is often one of the most efficient parts of my research process. I get a large amount of valuable information from a relatively small investment. During one interview, I can tie together several ideas to advance by what feels like leaps rather than baby steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes difficulties with connectivity as experts are sometimes in contact from around the world. On the whole, this is not too big of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stream is a great way to quickly and efficiently learn valuable information about companies, industries, and other business topics. Stream has proven very useful for getting a truly human understanding of what's going on underneath the surface and synthesizing information from disparate sources. Having a knowledgeable person share new insights or correct areas of misunderstanding can be immensely helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend trying Stream out. They have a unique approach to expert insights and do a great job keeping things fresh and helpful. Stream experts can be a great resource to solidify your understanding of a topic.
