Very helpful in almost every aspect of my job
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information that it has, as well as its search engine, it makes it very easy to navigate through the information

Sometimes it is difficult to navigate through the documents without consuming unnecessary pages, what it is not good

In my job i need to look into a lot of different information from many varied sources. Alphasense helps me because it gives me the opportunity to navigate through the sources in a very easy and confortable way

What do you like best about the product?
AlphaSense allows a deep dive in all the content from a company or about the company. The dashboards that you can design yourself or with the help of AlphaSense's team give access to an exhaustive competitors monitoring. With acces to so many sources, including relevant broker research and experts calls transcripts, I can provide the best data to my direction for strategic decisions.
AlphaSense is now for me a daily use, with frequent calls with customer support to always get the best from the tool. I recommend 100% for both small and big companies.

What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a certain learning curve, but it is worth it! I am looking forward to seeing the next improvements that AlphaSense will bring!

I can have access to the documents I look for, instead of getting non-exhaustive results from a few documents or publications.

AlphaSense is where I begin my searches when trying to understand a new company or sector. The untapped access to primary and secondary source information is unmatched through other tools and the AI search functions makes this extremely easy.

Occassionally the search results are difficult to filter when trying to access relevant documents

AlphaSense helps me to begin my research into niche topics and ensures that I am looking at the right sources with my search

I like the AI-powered search engine that lets me easily search for keywords / phrases across company documents and research. I also enjoy the smart summaries provided for company transcripts

Honestly nothing -- I think the platform works really well!

What do you like best about the product?
I have to do a large amount of benchmarking of over 120+ companies and AlphaSense allows me to search for the necessary criteria and items with ease. It even sends me emails on a daily/weekly basis of new reports that have been published.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of any other than if they could provide more information around emerging regulations. If possible, it to provide the latest drafts, consultation papers, general requirements that appear with regulations around the globe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say it is solving problems. It is just assisting me in my monthly research I conduct a few times a year.

Dynamic platform that is easy use for searching as well as saving notes (directly linked to the source too)

sometimes the lag on generating, but that is all

simplifies scrubbing transcripts and mentions of key words without going through information center requests

What do you like best about the product?
Great combination of valuable sources and functionality to navigate and screen through thousands of documents. Very easy to use tool and excellent customer support.

Overall it is a great tool, but there are some limitations to share content with outside the platform.

Limitted time and resources to digest and synthesize tons of information that grows every day.
